I was looking for a storage facility that appears safe, as well as close to home. Sun City Mini Storage satisfies both those requirements. The manager I met, Heather, was more than professional. She was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I am glad I have rented a storage room at this location from Sun City Mini Storage.

Very friendly service Heather was a delight to work with she gave me accurate advice on the storage unit and made sure that I knew everything that was going on with what I was going to be doing then she turned around and followed up at the end of the day before business closing and said thank you for choosing Sun City mini storage and we'll see you the next day for your key and lock. I won't hesitate to refer them to everybody I know who needs a storage unit.

I've only stopped by and paid for a storage space yesterday, so I really don't have much to say as of yet.

I reserved a unit online and stopped in the office to get my free lock. The staff was courteous and friendly. So far I'm extremely pleased. Will update if anything changes.

The place is EXACTLY what you need if you’re looking for a secure storage facility to keep your valuables safe.
They have Access Code protected gates, Video Surveillance across the entire premises, and to top it off, the Team who works here, they’re fantastic.
I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage facility.

I had been very frustrated at finding storage to declutter our house to sell our house. Heather was so personal, knowledgable, helpful. I talked to my wife and we decided on a 10 x 30 because with my senior discount it was under $300 a month.

Personal touch - always. They actually listen and are very thoughtful and courteous with their responses. Always greet you with a smile AND SOMEHOW.remember who you are - they make you feel like you matter.
I forgot to put lock on door one day - they called and let me know- so grateful - (not much use for a lock if I don’t use it lol)

Excellent customer service. Aron was awesome and so helpful and understanding. I had some issues that prevented me from getting to the office and Aron was gracious giving me extra time to hold my rental.
