It is a real nice place to live if you are retired, but the people are unfriendly if they don't know you and the HOA is expensive and I understand they go up every year. The golf courses are well maintained by Sun Lakes, they also have a private company that takes care of the rest of the Country Club, that do a poor job of keeping it clean.

Very large and beautiful gated retirement community. Offers food and golf and security. Must know a resident here to be allowed through gates which is reassuring:)
