Fantastic Automotive Mechanical work! After the original parts were replaced with new ones, Sun's helped me replace parts to another problem that was only picked up on after initial repair and further diagnosis. It was more costly than the first, and definitely would have been nice if the sensors made the whole reading the first time. Repair work went well and was timely. Had my VW van here for regular maintenance. They were able to fit in my service within a couple days, and the actual service appointment was a quick turn-around. Price was about the same as I pay at the dealer back home. They filled the oil right to the max line and successfully seated the dipstick. I know that doesn’t sound like a high bar, but you’d be surprised how often a service station in my city doesn’t get at least one of those things right…
I called for an estimate and received a call back within a reasonable time. The lady gave me my estimate and I made a comment about it looking like I may end up selling it since the price is more than my car is worth and I've gotten roughly the same price from all other places. SHE FREAKING HUNG UP ON ME! Rude. Unprofessional. Absolutely will be making this known.
They did a diagnosis, called me with results and told me the cost to repair with explanation. Followed up a week later with phone check. I'll definitely use them again if needed.
