Sunbit has been helpful for me and getting the repairs/placement for my car that I would've never be able to get. The options and interest rates are fair for the number of months that you get, which is up to 15 Months which is pretty good. If you want to manage your money while fixing/repairing your car.

I called Customer Service to get my payment due date changed. I had a wonderful experience. The Customer Service Specialist was very professional; she was pleasant and ready to address my concern. She was able to update the payment due.

The representative that help me today took very good care of me. She was very professional and informed in her speciality. She took time to explain to me in detail all of my questions with answers that were easy to understand about my request (s). The representative also provided me with the contacts I needed to contact when requested.
Warning. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DEAL WITH SOUTHERN DENTAL. THOSE TWO COMPANIES ARE BAD NEWS.
For starters, they have terrible customer service. All of them act real confused. This is supposed to be a consumers credit company and they are not. Definitely going to the BBB on this company. I talk to a representative about billing issuses, instead of them helping me, they play dumb. I ask for management and never get a call back. The company isussed them a refund and they will not credit my account.
Customer service is very unprofessional in a sense that they much rather speak over you, demean you, and try to one up you than actually admit when they made an error. The company does not honor it's contractual agreement. I paid my balance per the contract guidelines and they refuse to process the information I provided. They state, in their contract, they process "RCC's" which is drawn on the DEPOSIT ACCOUNT the customer provides to them. However, when I provided a deposit account to them, they did not accept it as it specifically has to be a checking account. Nowhere in the contract does it state that, so they reported my payments late although I correctly submitted my payment. You were provided a deposit account, point blank. Also, I attempted to update my information with them 6 times over a 3 Month span and they never did on their end. Therefore, I missed out on correspondence regarding this matter. It wasn't until the bureau contacted me that I figured out what was going on.in my 14 years of having multiple credit lines, loans etc. I've NEVER had a late payment and/or charge off until dealing with this shady company ruined my score. Also, the "resolution department" never contacted me although I was promised to hear back within 14 business days. When I called to ask, I was met with attitude and excuses but no real legitimate answers!
I went to state line Nissan to get some service done to my car thinking that if my repairs are more than what I expected how would I pay the rest of the money but state line Nissan have a program pay as you go I applied and in mins.i was approved very little down and now my loan is almost paid for
