Hanks to a youtube video published on Jul 24,2014 we know how to fix our shutters. We have looked for slat staples all over. Even though we didn't get our shutters from Sunburst I called and they will be mailing me some staples. Best costumer care, when I'm not even a costumer.

Josh called first and arrived right when he said he would. He was very professional and had my great looking shutter up in no time.he also was very clean and left no mess.
