I took in my trailer to get serviced, and my experience was a positive one! The jack on my trailer wasn't functioning, and the service department at Sundown RV fixed it. "Thank you. " They were able to get us back on the road again for our next trip!

Seemed nice to deal with but when I asked about the ladder to get on the roof, they asked me why I would ever want to get on the roof of an RV. Either they don't know the importance of sealing the roof penetrations or they were hiding something. Either way, I ran, not walked.

They was closed got there as the guy was walking out the door he said wait what do I need told him he said come on got the part I needed and had a great weekend thank you buddy

They are professional and friendly. They quoted a time frame and met that time frame when every RV dealership is slammed with post covid work. They did an amazing awning repair for me along with other services for a very fair price. Great customer service and a nice store with great accessories. I will be back.

Helpful and nice! But note that the parts department and service department is not open on Sunday if you need to pick up quick part.
