We love our tinted windows in our home, they sent out a crew and tinted all the windows in our home in just a couple hours. They did a great job cleaned up any mess.

Full scale operation with old school values. The ladies up front answering the phones were very knowledgeable about products and pricing. I brought in my second truck the next morning and showed Devon (sp?) a quality issue that bugged me. It was a four panel rear window and they trimmed two panels a little too much, an 1/8” and the other 1/16”. He immediately agreed and asked if he could fix it right away if I could wait just a few minutes. I did and it came out twenty minutes later and it was perfect. Devon looked me square in the eyes, shook my hand, apologized for the error, and gave me an insulated cup as a kind gesture. When departing they give you a care bag to get you started taking care of your tint and educate you in proper care and explain the warranty. Top notch business and would recommend to anyone. This shop was referred to me by a local Hot Rod shop owner that has sent many people and all gave good reviews.

My overall experience with this company was above and beyond my expectations. I have a cabin up in Big Bear that has large west facing windows. That means it gets too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The rep i spoke with, Zach, was knowledgeable, and super responsive; making sure I had the best product for my needs. (Even though It was also one of the more affordable)

The Sundown team came all the way up to Big Bear to do the job, coordinated with me to where i did not have to be present during the job, and did such a seamless job with the window tinting I could hardly tell the were there. That is until later that afternoon when I noticed it was several degrees cooler in my cabin. The tinting was also the perfect amount to reduce morning sunlight. It has made such a huge difference, I highly recommend both their products and service!
