Everyone was so nice, and very helpful took very good care of my trailer, did everything I wanted done.fixed everything and somethings I didn't know needed fixing. Would recommend them to anyone with trailers

This is my first time experience with this company, They did a good job. Always answered the phone. Keep me updated replaced both of my axles weld the bracket adjust the brakes thank you guys.

We pretty much knew exactly which two-horse, slant-load Trails West horse trailer and features we wanted. There were several models on the lot and Beau from Sundowner patiently helped us compare the features – water tank, windows, even the type of hooks in the walk-in tack compartment. We finally selected a trailer but then changed our minds when we noticed the one we initially selected did not have windows in the rear doors. Oops, those windows are an important feature we wanted! Beau, Heidi and the rest of the crew at Sundowner were the epitome of customer service and made the switch without hesitation. They prepared and checked everything out for us before connecting the trailer to our truck, including recommending a heavy duty hitch, much better than the light duty one we came with.
This was the most helpful, convenient and friendly purchase of a trailer or vehicle we had ever made. We will be back for service and any future trailer needs. Highly recommended.

I intend above rating to reflect that my problem with relatively new brakes has not been resolved after $650 into process.
Pulsating brakes not resolved. Disappointing that this could have been identified prior to my traveling to pay and pickup, so that next steps might have been better planned.
I now await a warranty claim to Lippert, characterized by Beau as “nothing to show them. ” Possibility of problem with magnets never mentioned. I have reviewed Lippert warranty and owner’s manual in detail to guide the process.
I remain confident that an effective and fair resolution will be found.

Beau and the Sundowner team were exceptional to work with during the challenging repair on our trailer. A brand of trailer they don’t even sell, yet they took care of it as if it was their own. The trailer is like new again and ready to crisscross the county. Huge thanks!

Beau was awesome! I called him last minute about my hook up for trailer lights malfunctioning and he got my truck in and fixed it that same day even though they were busy. I can’t thank them enough for taking the extra time.

Bought a Great Northern flat bed from Tyson at Auburn Sundowner this week. He was very instrumental helping us choose the right bed for our needs. We shopped around for months and though this bed wasn't "exactly" what we wanted, we felt that giving business to him felt right. Thank you Tyson and all of those that helped mount our new bed! Everybody there is super friendly and helpful. I worked with Beau this last time and he was great. Their safety inspection is much more comprehensive than anywhere else I've ever taken my trailer and I never feel like they are trying to oversell me. I make a 2-hour trip just because I feel their work is superior.

Tyson has to be the most patient, fair, knowledgeable and generous owner of any place I've ever dealt with when it comes to trailers and RVs. If you are looking for quality service, excellent communication, and great prices- with employees you can trust and depend on with your investments/ trailer/ etc- look no further. When I asked around for the best place to have a trailer moved and worked on, 3 different places recommended them, and I couldn't agree more.

Recently purchased a futura toy hauler. The crew at Sundowner was very nice, polite and straight to the point. There was no nonsense and got right to the sale that went smoothly. Highly recommend them if you're looking for any of your trailer needs.

The yearly check price at Sundowner is 150$ more than Featherlite in Lincoln (400$ at Sundowner versus 250 At Featherlite). The explanation I received is that their staff and location is different. I think costumers need to know in case they need to save some money in this expensive horse world…

I called to inquire about a broken window on my trailer and they quickly scheduled me an appointment and had the part in stock. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have purchased two trailers from Sundowner. The first experience was so good, I was a repeat customer and purchased my second trailer from them in October. I had a good idea of what I wanted so checked stock online. Website was easy to use and to locate the trailer I wanted. I sent a message requesting the price out the door and quickly received a response. Price was great so arranged to visit in person. Sundowner thought of everything. The trailer was completely ready to add a horse. Tie downs, hay mangers, and a water storage were all included. They helped get me hooked up and made sure the trailer was at the right height. My truck was new to me and came with a built in brake controller. They taught me how to use it and to adjust it. They answered all my questions, even some random ones I sent later by text. Hands down, best customer service. The trailer fits my needs, is well designed and constructed, and hauls nicely. My horse seems pretty happy too!
