Sunflower Montessori Preschool & Day Care - Van Nuys

Im not sure how they have more than 4 stars. I gave a deposit and my child only went for 1 week because he would cry that the teachers were mean. I stopped taking my child and not even 1 call from them to ask why I haven't taken my child. I dropped my child off one day and it was freezing outside and they just threw my child outside, the next day my child was sick. Honestly worst place ever.

I shouldn't give it even one star but I had to put it in order to really give my opinion the school is very dirty and the Indus have a bad face one day I passed and I saw that they had a crying child I wouldn't even leave my son there, it looks like I didn't They have the mood to deal with the little ones and apart from being very dirty, the place from the outside looks like they don't clean it

Amazing school for my family! Close by and kids Love it so much! Gives me a break and relief to go have alone time haha!

Very sweet staff, my daughter loves this school, and now has a lot of friends, she's always very happy when I pick her up. Her social skills have definitely improved. I Recommend this place

Sunflower Montessori provides an extremely loving, supportive and positive environment for children. Ms. Roshauna the director/owner is dedicated to creating a happy safe place to learn and grow. My grandson flourished there. He learned how to make friends and loved the staff. All of the teachers are warm, patient and caring. Sunflower teaches montessori to a diverse group of children, offering dance and music as and enrichment. He participated in his first dance performance with his classmates. I have never seen him so happy, excited and thrilled to be with his peers! I highly recommend this school and their wonderful staff!
