BAD BAD EXPERIENCE and disappointment about the personal.
The person who attend me since the beginning was with a fatal attitude, was rude, disrespectful, even racist, even though I knew I was Latino and he is also LATINO. His name: Daniel Najera of the Sunglass Hut store in La Jolla Village store number 4570. The only thing I wanted was to ask about my daughter's Ray Bans warranty because she really needed them to protect her eyes and one of the screw fell off. This person was not only rude but also incompetent since he did not know anything about warranty. Lastly, this person had really gross fingernails, I think if he's going to be picking up glasses for people to try on, he should have better personal hygiene.
