Ray-Ban repair.
I can not remember the young people who helped us. They did an excellent job! My wife's glasses need a new post. The other pair needed adjustments. One went to the two lower level stores to check if they had the part. The other clerk did the adjustments.
They took my number and called me when it was ready.
Excellent customer service! Above and beyond! She didn't have to do that!

Shay was such a tremendous help! She showed such initiative in assisting my husband and I with repairing our sunglasses. She truly made us feel valued as customers and is the reason we will return!
