Sunny Hills Behavioral Health & Sunny Hills TMS reviews
18I've had nothing but bad experiences. I advise others to go somewhere else. I was seeing Dr Gudapati for about 3 years and she did nothing to help me. She doesn't care about your time or listens to you, plus you wait forever for your appointment time. I finally left and found a much better psychiatrist. I highly recommend you don't go here.
It is currently February and I called and kindly asked if they were accepting new clients and the lady on the phone rudely answered the soonest appointment is June 1st. I have been struggling with trying to off myself and this place is definitely reminding me why I want to. People working in a field that do not actually wish to help people. Didn’t even offer alternate locations or resources like many other places I have been calling has offered. Disgusting to give places like this money. Give your insurance money to another practice.
When I first started seeing Grant I was in a very bad shape. Grant has been my therapist for over a year now. I feel very happy with the things I was able to discover and become a better father, son, and better partner. I still have a lot to work on but the change has been an incredible experience. Thank you Grant! I appreciate you.
Dr. Gudapadi is amazing. She has the latest and best technology to facilitate contact with her and her office.
I have seen Dr. Gudapati for several years in the past and switched insurance for a few years and now recently returned to her. She is a wonderful Psychiatrist that I trust very much. She has years of experience and is very intelligent and very sharp. She’s very good at what she does. I love that I have such rapport with her. She has seen me at some of my darkest hours and she has helped me with my life. I think she’s wonderful.
Dr. G, has been there for me through thick and thin and I appreciate her and the Sunny hills staff for putting up with me for all these years.
Dr Gudapadi was warm, professional and extremely thorough. She also provided several opportunities for me to clarify and ask questions. I highly recommend her!
The doctor is great so far the only issue is the appointment system. I would expect to wait maybe 5-10 min at most but not 20min or more. Something needs to be done so there isn’t a lot of waiting
If you have other options, take them. I've been seeing Dr Gudapati for well over 15 years. This place has it's strengths and weaknesses, and has undergone a lot of changes over the years, but I'm confident there are better mental health providers in the area. The TMS treatment program was the one truly bright spot about this place, but overall I have had many issues with this office.
DR. Gudapati is the best Dr. She cares and listens. Very friendly and professional staff.
Great job!
I am extremely pleased with my doctor. It’s a great fit for me. She put me at ease right away. Very good experience. Thanks!
Client services is HORRIBLE! Even when experiencing new symptoms they wont schedule an appointment just tell you to go to the emergency room! For a new symthoms that isny life threatening. What a joke! After nearly 6 months and my symptoms are getting worse, medication hasnt been figured out and im out of work because my symptoms are getting worse. But apparently the emergency room is there answer for everything. Oh or call 911 because you have a new symthoms. The office manager Nawaz Mody basically told me i cant do anything for you! Horrible place
Once you see one of their providers you can't switch to anyone else. Highly disappointed in this office.
Edited: After getting approval from my old therapist and the administrator I was allowed to switch to a different provider.
Due to the fact that my medication is a controlled substance, I must call in a prescription refill each 30 days. This wouldn’t be an issue if sunny hills was able to submit my requests for refills in a timely fashion. These folks are consistently dropping the ball on me. I most often find myself without medication for several days, and sometimes for as long as a week if I forget to call their facility a half dozen times (they have yet to give me a follow up call to let me know they received my request, and they only physically answer the refill hotline once or twice a year, I typically have to leave voicemails over and over) Considering sunny hills specializes in treating people with chemical imbalances, they should definitely be aware of the side effects associated with withdrawal from medications. To sum it up, their inability to process my refill request on time wreaks havoc on my personal, and professional life nearly every single month. The only reason I have not gone elsewhere for treatment, is I can’t afford to go without medication for expended periods of time and I typically experience a large lapse when switching from one doctor to another. I don’t understand why this seemingly simple task is so difficult for their staff members. 1 star is being gratuitous when considering the overall lack of professionalism exhibited by this organization.
The Dr was thorough and communicative. The only thing I don't care for is everything being on line. I understand that is times we are in but I look forward to meeting in person.
Communication between doctor, staff and patient were terrible. I would not ho help for mental illness hrlp!
My psychiatrist is good enough, but she and/or the prescription people are horrible. I switch to SHBH because my last psychiatrist office couldn't get the prescription stuff done timely or correctly. Unfortunately, my experience here is much the same. I'm so disappointed.
Always a pleasure with staff and dr. Gudapati
So happy that this is my place to go to with comfort
