Never had such rude and disrespectful service. First, they discriminate by asking certain people to pay first. Why would I pay and tip for a service I haven’t received yet? I had an appt, when I arrived 2 men came in behind me. The woman seemed irritated, put me in a room, then came back in to tell me I had to wait 10 mins. I’m laying there almost naked and I need to wait because some men came in? She left the room 3 times to assure the men she would take them “in 10 mins” and actually took one man into a room to wait. She spoke back and forth with the other woman in the next room. She also tells me she shouldn’t use the oil because it takes too long. What the hell? The other woman then came in to finish my massage. I had set my phone timer and I was massaged for approximately 17 mins of my 30 min massage. I was livid! Obviously they cater to a certain clientele and don’t care for my business. To top it off, she charged me a $2 fee to use my card! I tipped with my card after the service, so I paid $4 in charges alone. Needless to say, I’ll NEVER patronize this place again. I hope they read this.
