I think there is a good chance some of the 5 star reviews are hoa employees lol. It is a nice place for Stockton, but there is almost never security here. Homeless wait for the gate to be opened once in awhile and come in here. The jakuzi is locked tonight and that happens once in awhile and there is no posted schedule so it’s abit disappointing. The office is almost always closed and the hoa number I found is disconnected. That’s what I was looking for when I happened upon this review. And since I’m at it let me say. There are two hoa’s you pay for and the main one is 300 and something a month. Times some 200 some odd units but still they want money like now, to repair the decks. Really? So 300 a month and I just moved here. I’m october 2018 and now I have some surprise $386 dollar deck repair charge? Oh and in December I received a notices that rats and mice are in our buildings and the want me to pay for a receipt of cleaning and that there is no Vernon in my empty apartment. I already regret moving here. The unit below me is wanting my insurance to pay for 3 year old damages from water that happened well before I purchased my remodeled unit. The good news just keeps piling on lol but what can you do. Live and learn. Also two cars have been sitting in front collecting dust in prime parking spots since I moved here.non op.but yes, I do think it is safe here for Stockton. But the hoa sucks. You know how much monthly income you have so balance your damn books and set money aside for the out door repairs you agreed too.:) ok that pretty much covers it

I lived here for 6 yes think it's pretty awesome your children will get friends quickly just find me and yes I am a child with a lot of advice and lots of friends those will come in handy
