My experience with Quality Home Services has definitely been a pleasant surprise. They were professional, efficient, prompt and have been proven to be very prompt with any response to questions or information. I would definitely recommend them for Solar. I have had my system for almost a year now and glad I made the choice to send my business their way. No issues and love the app to do system follow up.

Quality Home Services provided top flight service. They were patient and accurate in design and projections, they showed up as per the schedule, they cleaned up after themselves, and they had generous availability to answer questions weeks and even months later. I enjoy the features in the app. If I ever need more Solar energy help, I will call Quality Home Services again.

It's been a year since I purchased my solar. And to this day Sunpower by Quality Home Services keeps in contact with me to assure I'm a satisfied customer. They will always get the same answer. Yes! Going solar was the best decision I've made. And Quality Home Services is by far the best team I could have had my solar installed. Thanks a million! Definitely recommend!

Salesman Brian Rezac was very knowledgeable regarding the product the company sells. He answered all of my questions regarding the solar panels they use, the quality of the overall product and how it sperates them from the competition. The over all price was higher than the competition but the quality of the product is what you will be paying for. I’ve already recommended a family friend and sent them over to Brian and his team. I’ll be sure to send more business their way. Highly recommend this company for solar panels. Their customer service and support is excellent as well.

Process has taken to long. Began in April, 2023 and system still has not been turned on. Reason is PGE has not sent me a bill since April and will not give approval to activate the system without current bill. PGE has been contacted several times and have not responded why a monthly bill has not been sent. I contacted customer service and they are supposedly investigating the dilemma of why no bill, but this was at least 2 months back and they have not been successful in resolving the matter. Nothing can proceed until they send a current bill. The system installation has been complete for months.

Quality Home Services did great a job on our solar ground mount! Our rep, Steve, was knowledgeable, helpful and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for any solar projects you may have!

Everyone I dealt with at Quality Homes was courteous and professional. Our system was installed in Dec 2017. The few problems we’ve encountered were dealt with in a timely manner.

The team at Sunpower was incredibly helpful in meeting our solar needs without trying to sell us more than was necessary. We are closing in on our first year since going solar and our system has generated a bit more power than we used throughout the year. It looks like we will owe nothing at true up, in fact, we will likely have a credit! Thank you, Sunpower.

They were always on top of responding to my question and answering any concerns that I had. When working with the installer they were honest and made sure I knew what the plan was and how they needed to modify it. Can't be happier with their work or product!

They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, Great Communication.
Also, I feel Sun Power is a Superior Product. Great warranty and follow up from Quality Home Services. Very Happy customer.

We had additional SunPower solar panels installed on our home ahead of the policy change to NEM 3. Our sales rep was extremely helpful to ensure our panels would be under the NEM 2 policy. All of the QHS staff - our sales rep, office staff, installation team - were extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process. We will continue to have all solar-related needs (maintenance, service, etc.) done through QHS. Highly recommend!

I was rushing in to get a solar panel for the Nem 2.0. The staff were responsive and was able to connect me with someone right away. I am always informed of the process be it a call, text message or email. And when you need things to be clarified it was an easy communication. Would definitely recommend to my friends who are already waiting for my feedback.

After almost 3 months, several phones call with both Quality Home Services and Sun Power, and a new inverter, my solar system appears to be working fine. In addition, according to Alice from Home Quality Services, she submitted a request to re-evaluate the system and ensure that my system is/was producing the expected power. I will post an update as things progress.

I purchased a solar system from SunPower by Quality Home Services around May of 2019.
In the first year after having the system installed, I received a true up bill of $600. I contacted customer service about the true up bill, and I was told that most likely it was due to increased electical usage as a result of stay-at-home orders due to COVID. At that time, the customer rep said they would follow up with me at a later time to see how the system was performing. I never received a follow up call. In the second year, I received a true up bill of $700. Now in the third year, I received a true up bill of $1000. I have tried to be conscious of our electrical usage to avoid a true up bill but it seems like nothing I did was helping. I checked the tracking app and found that the system was producing less than a kW of electricity on a very sunny day. The app also depicted an exclamation point indicating that there was an issue with the system. I contacted customer service on May 25th to request servicing. I also asked if they could check if this issue had happened before. I was told that my system had a similar problem in December of 2021 which resolved itself. I was also told that someone would get back to me in a 24-48 hour timeframe. Unfortunately, I have yet to hear back from anyone. Every day that passes, I am losing out on production of energy. It seems like once they have your money, you don't matter anymore.

We have had our system for the past 3 years. It is working very well. No "trueup" yet. BRIAN is great to work with.
