Sunrise Mall reviews
14One of my favorite malls. Since I was a kid this is where all the shopping outings would be, Santa clause, back to school shopping with mom, my first jobs, etc. It will always hold a special place in my memories.
Absolutely sad looking mall! More then half of the stores have gone out of business majority of the stores were closed. This is not a place worth shopping. Unless you are going to Jc Penny's, or Macy's even in those stores they had maybe 1 or two workers.
Sunrise Mall still has some good stores. I am hoping they will make some improvements to it. The store I go to most often is Famous Footwear.
The place is going out of maybe 10% of the stores are even open anymore I wouldn't go there just go to Arden Fair or galleria something else
I order a lot of things online and then end up picking them up at sunrise mall, while there I walk the mall and get some extra steps in. It’s so sad that this mall has deteriorated to down just a few businesses. Used to love coming to this mall in the 80s 90s.
I remember how packed Sunrise was a few years ago and how dead Birdcage Mall across the street was. Now it’s a ghost town with a few seniors doing laps. Sears, the movie theater, the small businesses. Gone.
Sears did it to themselves but the rest? Now Macy’s is where people go to try things on before they order it online.
THANKS AMAZON FOR SCREWING THE RETAIL INDUSTRY! They’re not cheaper. Play ball or get burned in the search results.
Mall closing down, they should shut down. Everything for good, not a good atmosphere. Just be done with it already.
Not what it used to be. Penney, Macy's, and not much else. Little beside a taco bell in the food court. Don't know what will become of it but not much of a mall anymore
So sad. Sunrise mall used to be a wonderful mall. Now it’s mostly dead. Most stores are shut down and there’s not many people there anymore.
Went here to go and preach the Word of God and security card kicked me off of the parking lot because he said we don't want you here. I'm sure he didn't kick off any naked women. I am praying for his heart to be opened.
Very big. But the mall is half empty. Empty storefronts and no visitors. It's a shame to watch. Great location. There is so much space inside, parking for a thousand cars, but no people.
When I was a teenager the Mall was the place to be.sorry to see this happening but it's so empty now and all the different things that brought me and my friends there on a regular basis is all but gone
NO MORE

well you get the point the list could go on and on. That being said I moved here from downtown the year before the Mall opened and until it came there was nothing in Fair oaks except field and olive orchards. The Mall brought everyone here now it's all but forgotten. So sad
The mall makes me sad with how down hill it's gotten. This mall was popping when I was a kid. But on the upside it's quick and easy if you know what store you are wanting to go to. Most of the malls shops are closed down. It's warm and stuffy. The few shops I did go to said the new owners do not care to fix the air conditioner in the mall. I feel bad for anybody working there.
Shy was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. It was very warm in the store and I had become overheated while trying on clothes. She noticed and turned a fan on directed at me while checking out.
Great customer service! Hard to find that among young workers today.
