Went in today to get a quote on the lead time of how long to get the glasses.there is an Asian lady sitting at the front desk stuffing her face while she spoke with us.she had no customer service skills… she was extremely rude and the place was extremely filthy… I walked right out because how rude this lady was as she spoke to us she was stuffing her face with food! No wonder there’s no one there … DO NOT go here! I am all about supporting small businesses but I will ever go back to this place ever again! Get ride of the lady at the front desk

It's a good thing that I only needed a simple eye exam but would not recommend to someone with more complex eye issues. They have a variety of price points for eyewear and that's a plus

This place is dirty and cluttered. I had an issue when I was about to get my eyes checked when I asked if the machine was sterilized. All of a sudden they couldn’t speak English. The worst optometry or medical office I’ve ever been to. The place is filthy. Run away

Avoid at all cost! Was extremely rude! Was asking few questions and answer none regarding my issue.will never go back

Extremely rude! I placed a call to ask couple questions about my prescription (did my eye exam there) was not helpful at all. Basically shut me down when asked if they could provide me with the PD needed to order new glasses. Maybe because I’m not purchasing from them? I just think there’s way in communicating nicely & professional. He hunged up way before I had even finished speaking. Definitely DON’T recommend unless you like unpleasant experiences. Nothing compared to when I scheduled my appointment for my eye exam 10months ago.
