Sunrise Square Shopping Center, Palm Springs CA

So happy for this place! I remember when this first opened and not many people came. I knew it would rely on word-of-mouth to succeed.and look at them NOW! Such good food!

This plaza has pretty much everything you need. A grocery, several restaurants, a nail salon, and lots of parking space.
Restaurants have indoor and outdoor seating.

Albertsons is the anchor tenant of this plaza. It can be busy in the late afternoon-early evening hours. Otherwise, the parking lot always seems empty. That makes shopping at this Albertsons and going to Starbucks at the far end of the plaza very pleasant.

Large and all daily necessity shopping needs available here. From gas station to hardware store, jewelry and watch repair to a fresh super market many eateries and business post mates here!

I stopped for some breakfast and saw they had breakfast nachos. The description of the nachos sounded really good and I liked all of the ingredients so I thought I'd give it a try. When the dish hit the table I was immediately surprised by the lack of chorizo and was then told it had been mixed with the eggs. Unfortunately that was not what I wanted or expected, very disappointing. I attempted to eat it anyway, but could not get around my original disappointment. Well now I know better.

The food here is always so good. Im only giving the place 4 stars though because even though the staff is very kind, once they get busy dony expect to get a lot of attention. They dont have enough staff to handle their indoor and outdoor seating. Id suggesy only coming with a small party.

Great food and service. Did take awhile to get our food as they were short staffed. Reason for only 4 stars.

Pretty good food. Basic Mexican food. I do have some advice for them if they read these. Make better Sangria. Add some fruit to it.

Everytime I go there it's always a joy it's clean the lines are quick and they are cool with me charging my phone

With Gasoline Prices Nearing & Topping Out OVER $5.00 A Gallon I make My Shopping Lists According To the Town & Shopping Ctr Closest to My Many Doctors Appts. This way I can usually get 2 to 6 Errands Checked Off My List in this One Parking Lot.

I live right down the street from Loco Charlie's and have eaten there many times. My favorite dish is their flautas. It's basically oversized taquitos but in deep fried flour tortillas instead of corn. They absolutely rock!

I'd give the place more stars if it weren't for the service. If you want to be out of there in less than an hour you need to let your presence be known immediately.

I once ordered to go and they told me to pick up in 20 minutes. I came in at the exact time they told me and it took them an additional 35 minutes to produce my very simple lunch, that is not an exaggeration! I wasn't the only one losing my mind waiting for take out that day. It was an absolute joke and I haven't been back ever since.

But I will be back once that scar heals, 'cuz those flautas need to be crunched upon many more times!

Loco Charlie's is my go to for Mexican Food while in Palm Springs. Service and food are both excellent.

Good food, hard shell tacos are delicious! Only complaint is the wait but understanding with how many people are always there. Worth trying if you haven't.
