I had a lot of questions and needed clarification on things while I double-checked and triple-checked that I could afford to put solar on my house and that it was the right thing for me to do. He was super patient and positive with me on every phone call, answered all my questions, and always gave me the upcoming plan of what happens next in the process. He was absolutely awesome. Also, when it came to the install, Ricardo and his guys were great, too. They arrived on time, got right to work, were personable and positive, and Ricardo answered all my questions at the end when he went over shut-off procedures and how the system worked. He also told me what would happen next with inspection and answered my questions about that step, too. I had a great experience with Sunrun!

So I had a Sunrun system put on my house for what they thought my knees were and after two years I was getting true up bills so they doubled my system. And here I am again $1400 owed to PG&E this year… I can't get any customer service… Every time I go to Costco I see the guys and they're going to have my district manager get a hold of me and they never do.strike three

My rep, Sally Warren, was helpful throughout the setup process and followed through when there were delays to get everything going again. She provided information as needed and contributed greatly to a successful installation and inspection. I recommend her highly, she was very proactive.
