Kelly did SOOOOO WELLLLL with my autistic 4 year old who found a pair of scissors and decided to get creative a few days before a big event. She was so patient and thorough and sweet. I cannot stress enough how good the service was here. We will be returning.

TLDR; I would've had to wait 30+ minutes past my appointment time to get a cut.

I arrived on time and was ignored for ten minutes. Then a stylist I assume was Kelly (who didn't make any attempt to introduce herself) finally looked up and said "hi" and went back to cutting another client's hair. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt so I waited patiently for another 10 minutes before politely asking if I had missed my appointment somehow. Without making eye contact Kelly told me she was running behind and it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I had a very busy day and being set back 30 minutes even if I got a great haircut would not have been acceptable. The casual disrespect with which I was told I would need to wait made me feel like the last thing I wanted to do was give this person money to cut my hair. S*** happens and people are late sometimes, but the way that it was communicated to me felt inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Great barber. Cuts by Tony kids are really happy. Great place for kids and adults highly recommended!

Jessica took awesome care of me and I'm very happy with my haircut. Relaxed but professional atmosphere, and so convenient to make an appointment online. Cash only, but fantastic prices and the results speak for themselves. Four haircuts here so far and never one issue. This is my go-to haircut in OB.

Guy badgered me when I asked him to wear a mask as far as I know it's still state law.

Unprofessional behavior from staff members hopeful these things have changes and a new salon store can sell products we like in this community by being about the customer needs not the other way around.

Kelly helped me out, with little instruction and some homemade hair product. I'll be back.
