Sunset Drive-In reviews
16Great place! It has always been an enjoyable experience here. Nice vibe. $10 per adult. Cheaper for the kids. Snack bar and restrooms both clean.
It's a drive in theatre. If you've never been you should give it a go. $10 a person.
Glad this place exists. Very nostalgic. Great experience with the kiddos had a great time. Plan on going back many many times.
Thankful to be able to have my kids experience movies at the drive in theater.especially being that there are less than 325 still operating today.
Soo many classic childhood memories here growing up & now for my kids. Support this place & enjoy!
Super fun to watch, every once in a while a light would go on that made it more difficult to see the screen but managable
So much fun. I love to take my family here. It reminds me of when my parents took me. Everyone should enjoy Sunset
Haven't been to a drive-in in a very long time since as I was a child. Went to see the eternals. Great movie
Always love going to the drive-in, such a fun experience! The price to get in is really nice too, paying $10 per adult for 2 movies seems like a good deal to me. The snacks are what you expect for an affordable price, and you're always in your own space.
Apparently some cars are allowed to leave their lights on. Other then that it's a great place to watch movies with the kids.
Went Sunday morning to the swap meet and bought a couple of nick nacks. Not a lot of vendors but they sell old stuff. That's what I look for.
I think it's a great experience, around $10 per head and you tune into the frequency given by the attendants for the movie's audio. I think the experience is best had if you park your truck with the back facing the screen, set up cushions and blankets for a good time.
We went in our car and although it was a comfortable and the sound from the radio was very good, the windshield kept fogging up and we kept having to mess with the ventilation settings. At one point we literally just stuck out heads out because we realized our windshield was ruining the experience and looking at the screen without another disruption in the middle was so much better.
So, my advice would be to tailgate or bring blankets and chairs to put out.
You have a weekly flea market, it's advertised as a place to visit being on the list if things to do if you're a visitor to the area. The only public restrooms are Porta potties, gross, not cleaned, emptied in days. One area of them the wash station clogged and over flowing. Unless you're desperate to hit up a flea market, it's not recommended, alot of junk.
Let's be real. The snack bar is a joke when you wait 45 mins and got there as soon as it opened. People behind me must have missed half the movie. Only complaint. The theater, parking spots, ambiance, coolness of reliving the old days is 5 stars. Just bring your food and snacks or you'll regret it.
Such a cool treasure to have in our county! So ThankFul for those kids that work every Sunday so we can have a forum to buy, trade, and sell! Searching for something unique? You will find it here! Great for all ages!
