I have been going to Sunset Honda for years, and yesterday I had the best customer service.
Matt was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his help. When I dropped my car off, he let me know what was going to be done along with the estimated price I would be paying that day so I didn't have any surprises. He gave me a call when my service was done and briefed me about some issues my car was having but didn’t pressure me in anyway to get the work done.
When I picked up my car, he explained things in depth to me but in a way I could understand. He even printed out pictures for me to take home. It was great to have a representative that was transparent, honest, and not pushy. I was treated with nothing but kindness and I appreciated Matt being very positive and thorough, he went above and beyond.
I also went on a day where they brought in catering for customers and employees, and that meant a lot as a customer. Everyone was super nice and welcoming, and I thought it was a great way to make everyone feel included.

Miguel was wonderful and worked hard to find us the perfect vehicle. His confidence and willingness to help was very appreciated. Mercedes in the finance department was pleasant, professional, and supportive. They are the dream team! If you’re buying a Honda, it’s worth the drive to this particular dealer. Ask for MIGUEL! I was having car trouble on my way up North for a work training. I found sunset via yelp and they answered to my call of help. They immediately fit me into schedule and fixed my car within reasonable time. Marcus assisted me through the whole ordeal. Sunset Honda service was outstanding.

I did return the following day. I asked whether the new car could play CD's, and was answered in the affirmative. I bought the car. Turns out, I should also have checked the volume of the stereo. I ended up putting in a new amp so it would be loud enough. I am still looking for a CD player that is compatible with the car's system 6 months later. Hopefully I get it figured out this week.

The salesperson had insufficient knowledge about the vehicle's capabilities. He should have checked for me about what a pain it was going to be to find the right CD player. I have driven that car less than 100 miles in 6 months and now I don't like it at all.

Not happy with sunset and at this point will not return.

I pulled in with a bad battery at 4: 45 when they closed at 5: 30. Honda Service found someone willing to stay late if necessary and got me a new battery with a 100 month warranty for a fair price. They got it done quickly and it has been working perfectly since then. The location is clean and safe and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Had a new key made for my Honda. Sunset is solid all around. They receive your car with pull thru service, they give an estimate of when car will be ready, and comfortable waiting area with wifi.
