Very nice experience at this office, everyone was great & helpful from the doctor to the technicians that helped take my retinal imaging pictures and pick out frames.

I had a lovely experience with the care team here. Every one was so friendly and the office is clean and decorated with an eclectic flair. Highly recommend this optometrist for anyone in the area. There's even parking in the back!

I had my appointment for over a month and get there and they were about to send me home because they said I didn’t have an appointment then somehow found it? Didn’t apologize or anything when that happened. Then I asked for my prescription to be emailed to me and they never did. I also ordered glasses through them and they said 6-8 weeks and I still haven’t received them. Overall horrible experience

Doctor is knowledgeable and takes good care of her patients. Staff are very helpful and well informed. They helped explain my coverage and costs.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was super nice and I was in and out of there in 40 minutes.

Hands down the best optometrist I've ever had. Both the staff and doctor immediately put you at ease. She asks great questions, explains everything well, and is never pushy about treatment options. Highly recommended.

Dr Canlas is efficient and kind. She is thorough in her practice and has been my exclusive eye doctor for the last four years, since moving to LA. Highly recommend but book your appointment early or everyone else will beat you to it.

The Covid-19 restrictions were very thoroughly observed & practiced by the three optometrists & assistants, and also even more efficient in their execution of the examinations. Was very impressed with everyone's expertise. Left feeling concerned for their safety and vulnerability at that building, yet very impressed at their professionalism. Still not not able to assess the results of the office visit, because as yet I have not received my new lens replacement which will determine if the end results of the new glasses is acceptable due to the shape of the existing frame - sorry.

Experience is a bit meh. Felt like visiting a correction center or something. The doors are locked. Camera outside. You'll have to call the # posted on door to be let in. If you don't have appointment, you're going to be turned away.

Upon entering I’m feeling as though this I place if client focused vs clock watching. The employees took care of me, made me aware of refraction protocols.

The Dr.tested my eyes. I didn’t need glasses but has another issue that she advised me on treating.

Everyone is nice. I’m a disabled vet and visit a lot of doctor’s offices for other issues. Sunset Optical place wants you to be happy and go out of their way to earn your trust and business. I’m rating them top marks. Thank you.

Horrible experience the young lady who books appointments had a nasty attitude I will never go back there again. Sorry but you don’t treat your loyal customers so poorly.
