Sunset Plaza was informed that I had closed an account four months prior to me getting canceled. They went back in three more times after they were informed account was closed. I gave them a new account to take the money from hiwever, I find out 21 days later that my insurance was canceled. It cost me $1,900 to get reinstated. They once left the car on after they were informed to take the car off the insurance. They left it on for three more months so they are really incompetent of having any kind of business like that. So I have filed a complaint with the California Insurance Commissioner and I need to get my money back from them. National General would not reinstate because I had three return checks due to the incompetency of Sunset Plaza.
They really screwed me around real real bad. I told them I do not do emails, but for some reason I had a paperless account so I was not informed that my insurance was canceled. Arthur supposedly one of the representatives over there told me that we had a personal relationship that he would always inform me that my insurance was going to be canceled but I did not get informed until I checked myself 21 days later. So much for that. DO NOT mess with that insurance agency if you don't want your life to be wrecked!

Don't ever bother taking insurance from this company/agent it is a scam.they will yearly charge you for renewal even you don't need to.

I called my insurance company and they said i don't to pay for renewal every year

I called this place Wednesday February 22,2022. I was speaking to Bruce who was friendly and professional. Then Bruce transferred me to the manager or owner Roosevelt who said he would give me 40%. It was a totally lie. He 1st tried to charge me $1,200 a month and I told him no way, for California only commercial insurance for one box truck. Ridiculous. Then be gave me a price of $600 a month. I said I would go with him. Then he calls back and says $801 a month i said why would you change the price on me like that. He said do you want to do it or not, with a rude attitude. I was thinking about it but with his attitude I couldn't. He also said I had a miscommunication problem, which I do not. He was yelling at me on the phone so I said, I'm not going to to business with you guys anymore.

Terrible service, stay away

Aurter is ba bad insurance agent i been waiting on my permanent insurance card to come in the mail for a year now and I still haven't arrived. He's been telling me they mailed it but nothing came this guy been giving me the runaround the whole time. If I were looking for insurance I would recommend this insurance agency they do a lot of shady work and are really careless.
