Well-maintained ground, great service, and they're are always here if you have any problems. The managers Namoi Benitez and Vector are so friendly! I don't regret this at all and you should definitely live here.
Sunset Pointe is a comfortable place to live. I would say this is the best in the Fallbrook area. The past eight years have been great.

I would really recommend this place! It is clean and is well managed. I moved down south because I wanted to leave the Fallbrook area, but for those here, this is a great place to stay.
