I had a bad experience with Rocío the Chinese or Filipino woman when I tried to report noise all night from the neighbor and she did not want to help, she gave me a number and she knows that it is not the first time she says that she needs proof where she told me that Call there and did not want to move her finger to help in anything for that they pay her is a simple employee who is a rude does not give a solution and on other occasions I have reported damaged things in the apartment and she answers or receives the rude angry cousins. I do not understand why she acts like this if a person is punctual in their payments they should fire that inefficient woman she never gave me any solution they should review her work that lady her name is Rocio she has been giving bad service for years and she is a racist with Latinos

All the above comments are true. Sad to say. And now they have this parking rule, they only gave us 1 parking permit, we are renting a 2 br unit with a family of 3. Ridiculous!

The landscaping is above par and makes it an enjoyable stroll to check the mail or even throw out the trash. The neighborhood itself is a bit sketchy with car break ins every once in a while, but the apt complex is gated so that keeps them out.

I'd rather live in HELL. Management refuses to clean or fix anything stating that it's not their responsibility. Their version of "fixing" my bedroom ceiling that was LEAKING in 5 different spots was just to paint over it. I slept in my living room for almost 6 months because of the mold coming from the dripping ceiling in my room. Bedsheets, mattress, desk and schoolbooks all ruined. My ceiling came CAVING in. There was a 2.5 foot diameter HOLE in my ceiling of which it took them weeks to repair. All while charging me a full months rent. They've towed my car multiple times out of the crappy parking structure saying they didn't see my parking tag that clearly hangs off the rear view mirror. Other times I have to park on the street and walk blocks back to the apartment Because there's no availavle spots for me. And I work on-call and sometimes get home at 3am. That isn't safe for me as a very thinly framed female. The first day the rude brat giving us our keys gave us attitude saying the building doesn't have any bugs yet not even 5 minutes in on our first day a roach runs across the kitchen counter and we hadn't brought in any furniture. The building is infested with roaches, bed bugs, and spiders. We've gone through 3 sets of couches in under 2 years because of how bad the infestation is and they REFUSE to get proper maintenance repair or bother hiring an actual extermination company. Instead, they smear who knows what all over your walls and then refuse to paint over the stains. There are cracks on my ceilings, cracks on the windows, cracks on the walls. All where the bugs come in - I've asked them to come in and patch them up and they say it's not their responsibility. Their so called air conditioner blows hot air. I wear shorts in the middle of winter. Last year I was in there almost every week requesting them to fix my air conditioner and the only way I got a "new" one was because they gave me the neighbors old one. Needless to say its basically a fan in the wall. The heater. Forget it, nothing but carbon monoxide. The pool is disgusting.my niece got hospitalized a few hours after playing in the pool and that's unacceptable. The building states no pets but everyone has dogs and cats. My neighbors blast music that shakes the walls at 2am and everyone here smokes weed. There's drunks lounging in the pool. You hear the neighbors having sex or beating each other up. Hell can't be too bad if I live in this filth.

Here is my honest review, infested with roaches, the staff is a professional liar they show you a sample room that looks super nice telling you that the room for rent is currently occupied then when you actually get the apartment you’ll see old broken cabinet, multilayered with paint, yellow water coming out of the fosset, air conditioning inefficient and always broken only for one room stink of marijuana coming from all the places my son is 7 mth old Those condition are bad for him and us get rid of those sharks they know all the moltitude of problems all they do is lie and take advantage of you, may God repay back them all with all their wrongdoing.

Worst manager ever! Corporate needs to step in & fix the ongoing problems in this apartment complex! They will NOT give me a brand new A. C.in my apartment! I have two small children & the heat gets ridiculously high, especially during the summer. I can’t cook, because my apt.gets real stuffy & hot. Opening a door or windows won’t help. The A. C.will not help at all! I requested a brand new AC system last year. They denied it. “Fixed it”. It was worse. This summer I requested a new one AGAIN & what do they do? “They fix it”! IT DOES NOT WORK! NEW! They don’t understand what NEW means!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! LOOK ELSEWHERE!
Oh, & outsiders taking up all of our parking. Everyday & every night! I won’t mention the number of other problems this place has.
Trust me! You don’t want to live here! Worst managers ever!

Believe the posts below: they are all correct. I lived here for over 18 years and have seen this property go from worse to worst. From yellow water to cockroach infestation to carbon monoxide poisoning attempts, please do your best to avoid this place at all costs. Not all apartments are created equal and just because the price tag is low does NOT mean it’s worth the money you’re putting into it. The maintenance team is a joke, management is beyond laughable, and security is nonexistent. Steer clear!

The old manager right before this management co. Came in and kicked everyone out, pocketed my security and last months rent! Then turned around and filed an eviction against me after i had already moved! Its impossible to get any information from the office over there!

NOTHING WORKS, YELLOW WATER, DRUNK LOUD PEOPLE EVERYWHERE, NOTHING IS EVER DONE. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Please look for another place to live. This place sucks! They do not do repairs in a timely manner. You can live here for years and they will not paint or clean the carpets! They have Roaches!

They steal your deposit when you move plus add on charges they don't change the carpet every 2 Years like they say. Roaches in every unit even if u are a Clean person. Roaches will travel with u to your next home.water is yellow smells disgusting. Jaquzzi doesn't work and they don't heat it. Never parking and the spots are so tiny. Don't spend on that money they're charging on these apartments they're a big dump. Scammers.

If you don't care about the roaches, ALWAYS overflowing dumpsters, rude staff, come live here. I can't wait to leave this place. It's plain disgusting.

Friendly people. CROWDED AREA, Convenient location. TRAFFIC ALL THE TIME. Fair prices, clean, well maintained, pool, laundry decent size plenty of parking, RENT CONTROLLED. Good deal for the money POOL VER Y CLEAN. NICE LANDSCAPING BUT The 24 on-site manager and 24hour onsite maintenance guy wont walk 50 feet to oepn a: lock-out: door and will force you to call a locksmith, wait two hours, and pay 250 to get back inside.at 2AM in the morning. Fix the being a jerk problem and all else is fine. NO, crime is a myth to keep the rents low but the night security kid works only three days/
