Sunset Pointe Apartments, Hesperia CA

When I moved it everything was replaced and look brand new.for apartment life it's pretty quiet here.no complaints here

I still live n this apartments and I suppose to pay 50 / 50 $$for water and trash as of course my contract says.and and now I received xtra $$bill saying my payment was due of water and now says is not 50$ as bill water now they said every month chance I got 103.71 $$ in the month of October and I have proof that the month of October we weren’t for too long in the month! How to people can spend 103.71$ of water in one month, I just hope finish my fxxx contract and never come back here this is the 1st apartment that I know they charged monthly payment of water even is u don’t spend time at home! + the area not even safe place broken glasses in the street the the 4of July some1 try to steal my girlfriend car, next month someone broke my moms glass car!

I don't know how they charged water bill! I can pay water bill but I most receive my own bill in my mail box! We weren't for couple weeks on October 2023 and our bill water they said in the leasing office.it was 103.71$$$! Please send ours bills to our mailbox! Why leasing office needs to tell us how much we have to pay on water and trash bills?

There’s been a few issues living here with previous managers but with the new manager Cynthia on board has made huge improvements and strides to make this place a nicer place to live. I thank her so much for all she has done for me. Always professional and willing to help me if there ever is an issue to arise. I’d also like to say how much I appreciate our maintenance worker Joseph. He’s always willing to help and fix whatever needs to be fixed with out hesitation. And never fails to follow up on his own to see how things are doing and I truly appreciate him and his hard work. He is truly a great asset to this complex. Both Cynthia and Joseph are amazing. Life at sunset pointe has been peachy keen.

I would not recommend this place to anyone after moving out and going to court and having the judge approve that I be removed from the lease they still have the nerve to send me to collections and ruin my credit

Extremely unreliable, unresponsive and unsupportive. They will not give you what rightfully belongs to you because they operate to line their pockets and do not care about their tenants and their tenants needs.

This is a good place to live, but the only thing missing is an adequate place for children to play. There are a few grass areas, but nowhere for kids to play ball. There are not enough handicap parking places. However, the overall condition it is quiet, safe, and a good mix of ethnic backgrounds.
