Sunshine Flyers, Auburn CA

I had my intro flight here, and it was an unforgettable experience. Worth every penny! The place is fairly small and has a personal feel to it. I even helped out the owners moving a few planes pre-flight.

My flight instructor was knowledgeable and friendly. She led me through the pre-flight inspection and I took part in the takeoff rotation. I got to fly the plane directly much more than I expected, but it was all to the extent I felt comfortable. She then brought the plane in for landing.

I would very much like to continue flying with Sunshine Flyers and work toward a license. They outlined all the expected costs. It's not something I can do immediately but it can be a long-term hobby/goal.
