Sunstone Place, Riverside CA

I have been calling for 3 days straight at different times and no body ever answers the phone. I don’t think I would wanna go to a place with such horrible customer service that they can’t even answer a phone.

I love this place.the only thing they need is to put trash can in so kids, adults could through their trash and not leave them everywere.and even throw their dod poop.i think that would be a good idea around complex put trash cans plz

Get rid of Dealers in back and bring in more desent famies, don't just let anyone in that applies, and u'll u' ok

Management people are nice.they usually respond to maintenance calls quick. I have been here for 7 years now. The only down side are the neighbors.they play loud music in the parking lot area, either day or night.they have no respect for other people who are trying to go to sleep.people here own more than two cars.good luck finding parking space at night.my apartment is surrounded by dog owners.barking is a constant thing.some people leave their dogs in the patio area, the stench is horrible.keep your cars empty or you might get people breaking into it to grab what ever they see.good luck

Dont come here they lied saying that if we give them $50 they would change the carpet in the apartment and clean it but i went the day before my move in date to check it out and they said they were finishing up there cleaning so i came back the day of my move in day ready and i went to check out the apartment and the carpet was dirty and had poop stains all over the carpet and there was cockroaches everywhere and they wanted to charge $50 more a month which wasn't what we agreed. The cleaning lady was extremely rude when i first came onto the property she ignored me when i asked her of she can straighten her car so i can park in the guest spot. Ceclia was the only nice person on the whole property, and shes only a temp. Hobos were having sex in the garbe can area. Would only give half star if optional

Charged me for damages that werent there. Durring inspection i was told it looks "perfect". Then weeks later im told i broke my kitchen counter and both bath tubs? Oh and i cracked my sink, which was stainless steel? They never sent photos after 8 requests. There very quick to send the bills tho. Dont move here if u work for the hospital. And cameras dont work.

Location seemed ok since the mall is up the street, police department and hospital right around the corner, but that isn’t the case at all!

Always something sketchy going on, I don’t consider myself high class or snooty but God Damn there’s some ghetto ass people here! Gate is always broken, I even caught the guy who did it! Was taking out the trash one night, he asked if I had my clicker, which I didn’t, then 3 guys hop out of his car and pull apart the gate to squeeze thru, messed with the mechanical box and slid the gate off the track. All the while someone leaving was approaching, had he waited 1 minute he would’ve been in, people are constantly coming and going there is really no need for that! I gave the office his car description with license plate but obviously they just choose to repair it every time it’s broken instead of getting the police involved, no point in me calling if management won’t do anything with the information.

One time I caught possible homeless people washing their clothes in the hot tub, piles of wet clothes next to the hot tub and bubbles higher than normal. Management/owners if your reading this I dare you to try to scam us on our way out I’ll call a lawyer, I don’t care if my name is on here publicly this place sucks! Save your money and run!

Update: 2 months ago they changed the parking rule so even if 2 people are on the lease on 1 can permanently park in the assigned spot. Don’t park in the spots by the office until 6 when they close otherwise they threaten to have you towed even 10 minutes before, they’re aggressive about it, I doubt they get paid enough to follow the rules set by the owners but whatever.

People constantly speed in the main drive way like it’s a speedway so taking out the trash can even be troublesome. We’ve had packages stolen so have them picked up at a facility instead. Overall the best thing about this place is the maintenance guys they come and fix what you need fast and get the job done quick and that’s it, this place has nothing else going on inviting you to move in. When we we’re about to leave I heard the girl at the desk give a rate for 2 bedroom over the phone that cost more than the 2 bedroom we just moved to.

I can't believe i've lived here this long.the gates always broken.the pool and spas are disgusting, there's homeless everywhere they gouge you for every little thing.the damn place is too expensive to begin with.some people might even want to recheck their lease for what you're getting charged something doesn't seem right.

I’ll tell you what is one of the best aspects of living at Sunstone Place. The front desk is great at communicating and Veronica and Samantha do a fantastic job. One of the best parts of living here is the maintenance team. Arthur always does a quick yet thorough job. I️ also enjoy the fact that he’s outgoing and professional.

Been living here for 3 years. We have hobos tearing up the trash bins and leaving filth everywhere. So there are now rats and possums. The people who live here are no better. We have trash diggers that live in the same building who yell all the time and steal out of my recycling. And another neighbor just had their door broken down. It's 2 in the morning and I can't sleep because someone upstairs is drunk and knocking on their friends door for an hour. Their is no security, the number veronica gave us doesn't work. This is the worst place iv ever lived in.

Ive been living here for 10 months apartments look nice but looks can be deceiving!
People have been damaging my cars, theres no onsite security, people breaking into apartments, a bunch of tweakers hanging out in the parking lot and selling drugs have told managment about these problems and nothing is being done also people hanging out in the parking lot at 4am being loud and playing music during the week also theres not enough parking spots. Theres also alot of stray cats in the property and dog poop everywhere doesnt get picked up by dog owners and alot of bums showering in the pools
If you like living in this type of environment this is the place for you
Other than that dont recommend it look else where unless your desperate for a place to live

Went in for information and the people there were very helpful and nice, answered all my questions. I loved that they were bilingual. Thinking about moving in SOON.
