Super 8 by Wyndham Corning

Left after being discriminated against and Given the key card to a room that had stains all over the carpet and told I would be charged if my dog left in remarks my dog is a service dog and I was treated with nothing but discrimination I was asked inappropriate questions that violate The ADA laws and guidelines and she proceeded to tell me it was OK for her to do that because other people have lied. She wanted proof that my dog was in fact a service dog which I did pull out her information and explained to the lady that this was unacceptable and yet still made sure that she knew yes my dog is a registered ADA certified dog. She insisted that I had a card on file for incidentals.
I understand people lie but don't treat everybody Like they're lying when they're telling you that they have a service animal. The way that I was treated I was Afraid if I stayed that I was going to be charged for things that were not done by me or my dog. A service animal is not a pet they are a working animal, they are like having medication, they help a person who has a disability and this is unacceptable.

Uesd my card for the deposit, was told it was going to be 80 dollars. They took 100 dollars from my card and told me i would get my refund in 4 to 6 business days that was on the 31st of Dec. Its now the 18th of January still no refund. Every time i call to talk to management im being told their not in. As far as im concerned they stole my money.so now my bank has stepped in on the matter.

Clean and kind of friendly while checking in the manager was critiquing my friend and I before we even checked in

Room was ok, but 2 days after departure there were two unwarranted charges to my card, both small ($15 and $1.50), but nevertheless, inappropriate. When j contacted management she said we had an extra person (said it was on video) which was BS. Wouldn’t refund. I suspect they do this frequently and most people either don’t know, or let it go because the time to deal with it isn’t worth it. If you stay there, be sure to check your account!

I liked how patient the receptionist was with us since we booked last minute for a stay. The rooms where nice and clean. Resonable prices. The breakfast in the morning was filling. It felt more safe to see cameras towards the parking lot and in front of the rooms. Would recommend as a good place to stay.

We'll give them credit for a decent and clean room. But the reason only 3 stars is no refrigerator, no microwave And no remote for the TV set.

Perfect service, staff was super friendly and showed care for my grandma with disabilities! Truly a wonderful hotel to stay at.

Clean rooms, good breakfast. The nice lady that checked me was so nice and professional, her name was Patty. I would come back because of her. We were coming from Portland, to the Bay Area. The heat was 103. So glad she took care of us. I was starting to get sick from the heat. Give her a raise.

Rooms are clean, service is good, liqueur store next door, no bar, couple of restaurants. Overall it's a good place if your in orland.

Love this place! They are amazing! They actually care about their customers and they go out of their way to provide some of the best customer service I’ve ever received at any hotel.ever! They really made us feel comfortable! They made sure everything worked out for us even if it meant they had to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

I Love this Hotel very nice clean & THE STAFF ARE VERY AWESOME & FRIENDLY I stayed for 1 week & I'm not from here but Honestly the staff made me feel right at home I give the SUPER 8 2

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was offered, pet friendly, and very clean rooms. Out of all of the super 8’s I’ve stayed at this is by far the best one. Any issues? The staff will fix them right away with a great attitude. Thank you for having us!
