Super 8 by Wyndham Fairfield Napa Valley Area / Quality Inn

The rooms are huge. Service was amazing. New owners are really doing great at remodeling and making it modern but keeping it comfortable. Very clean and it was quiet on a holiday weekend. This will be our place to stay when coming down. The only downside was only a single set of towels for 4 guests and two pillows. We definitely recommend this location. Many options for dining and the staff is very friendly

Expedia and hotel promised breakfast. Hotel Mgt said no breakfast is available since they’re new and “still learning”. Then the shower had no warm water, let alone hot. They said the “mechanic” is coming “shortly”. It’s been 3 days! Please do NOT ever stay here. Plus, there are so many homeless folks and criminals around. I was personally assaulted by a guy in the gas station.

Staff is nice fast check in no issues w staff. Room seems clean. The only problem I have with this place is the people outside with their loud car stereo & someone came to knock on my door at 5 am. It was an African American guy in a wheelchair even came to the window how scary. I almost called front desk but he left. I won’t be coming back.

This is the worse hotel I have ever booked. Please take our word for it, DO NOT book here. The staff did not answer the phone, the lobby was closed with lights off and a paper sign on the front saying "sold out" the parking lot was empty really? Probably bug problems. Then they ripped us off $50 and never tried to make it right with us. Terrible way to run a business. You all need to make this right.

This place is ran by thieves they claimed the sheets were dirty as well as the floor even though my 3-day stay I never had any service they kept my money for my deposit harassred me multiple times about a single guest I had while they continually let dope fiends hang out on the property this is a waste of money a waste of space and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody

I got here at 3 am! I am absolutely exhausted. I arrived and there’s a sign on the door that says “on patrol” with a number to call. When I call the number there’s no answer. When I call again a rude man answers saying “no we’re booked your reservation is canceled”. I NEVER got a confirmation saying it was canceled. When I called the company I booked through they also called and got told the same thing. 3am and no where to sleep!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures posted here. This place needs a lot of renovation and upkeep. One of the table lamp is missing a bulb and one is flickering. Not enough towels and hangers. Went to the front table and ask. The worker mentioned that the housekeeper are not at work yet and they’re the only one that can provide it. The front desk wasn’t friendly and unprofessional.

No office staff. Lights were off when I went to check in. I had to knock on the door to get in. The office was locked during breakfast hours so no breakfast. When I went to check out the office was locked again. Very strange. I left the room keys by the door. Also, trash was everywhere outside. The rooms were surprisingly decent.

We stayed here for two nights, no one at the reception when we wanted to check in. No breakfast in the morning although it said breakfast included, the door was locked in the morning, no notice about the breakfast until we saw a staff saying the they didn't get delivery last night for breakfast. The 2nd morning, the door was open, no coffee, only food we saw was one old bag of bread at the breakfast area.

Nice rooms. Wish they had smoking rooms and more parking. Like the ice machine with the water. As far as customer service. I'm disappointed there's a man with a turban that works there who is VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I use to enjoy the rooms there when I would pass through for work now that he works there I'd rather spend my money at motel 6 or something and I can't stand motel 6

Got to the hotel to find out my reservation was canceled and nobody sent notification i was left without a room at 10pm.

I made this reservation a week earlier for a Saturday night stay, and at the last minute, on Saturday morning they called and canceled the reservation. Said there was a problem with the rooms. This put me in a real bind as there was only one room available in the entire Fairfield area that I could take, which I did. I will never make reservations at Super 8 in Fairfield again, and I would advise anyone that does to please understand that they can cancel your reservation right up until the minute you show up apparently. Terrible

STAY AWAY…. If I can I want give -10 stars… I made a reservation for two nights and arrived with a confirmation. The manager was very rude and said there is no room and my reservation was canceled by them. I never received cancellation nor any notification. He printed a cancellation on the spot and told me to find other place…. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY…

This is a great motel at a great price. It's in the middle of Fairfield, close to anything you need to be doing. The rooms are clean and inexpensive, the staff is great, and if there is any kind of problem they will fix it.

The office girl was busy on the phone. She took my husbands drivers license for ID and did not return it. We didn’t realize it until we got home and have been trying to get it back for 3 weeks. They admit they have it and say they mailed it weeks ago but it hasn’t arrived. Very frustrating!

Place was bad for price and no breakfast. There was a fire alarm going off every night at midnight! What in the world?

Always a good place to stay. All the Staff are friendly. This hotel is close to fast foods restaurants and grocery stores.

What a dump! I am a Wyndham Platinum Member and have stayed at approx 80 Wyndham hotels during the last 18 months because I travel for my business. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
As soon as I stepped in the office, the clerk immediately told me dogs were not allowed on the property. He didn't bother to read the notes on the reservation that said I had a service dog (hence the handicapped room I reserved)
The clerk said I had to pay a $50 CASH deposit even tho my credit card is on file with Wyndham and I my credit card is always charged a deposit with my reservation. Sounded pretty sketchy coming from a Wyndham hotel, so I hope I get my cash back when I check out in the morning.
NO military discount (even tho Travis Air Force Base is in town)
NO AAA discount (even tho they advertise it)
NO breakfast (even tho they advertise it)
NO hot water (I waited for 10 minutes with the water running and it only got luke warm. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot, so it's not like everybody was taking a hot shower on a 100 degree day. Maybe the hotel didn't pay the gas bill)
NO cable TV (the clerk said a construction crew cut the line, but after my own research, I found that to be a lie. Maybe the hotel didn't pay the cable bill)

What they DID have: 3 holes in 3 different walls, a filthy, garbage strewn parking lot and a decent air conditioner.

If I had the energy after working all day in 100 degree weather, I would have gotten back in my car and went to a better hotel.
