Whoever was working on front desk today, Aug 11th at 7: 15pm needs to find another job. He was SO rude, kept trying to hang up on me while I was asking questions, and he kept saying “ok thank you bye” while I was in the middle of asking something. Another customer you lost. Terrible customer service.

Go to this place at your own peril! First, when you arrive at this location, the parking spot is an open space which feels unsafe. Once in the reception, one is welcomed by an unprofessional guy whose only agenda is to book you one of their filthy rooms not having any sense of PR. Reception smells of spices and incense which leaves one wondering whether its a kitchen or a religious center! The elevator is not well kept, a bit of dirt on the roof and cracked floors. Once in the room, one is greeted by a horrible smell, torn dirty beddings, abandoned pieces of clothes and rags (on the floor) and human hair everywhere. The bathroom is a disgrace sanitary wise (never took a bath for fear of infectious diseases). Breakfast was a joke! Some old guy served us bread transported to the container with his bare hands and to make things worse the bread had mold! When I pointed out the mold the guy tossed it in the bin without a care or concern for what i just witnessed. No seating area if clients are many you have to stand to have your breakfast! I would suggest this place be shut down by health officials until they meet hotel standards of sanitary and hygiene. ZERO RATING. Not worth $175 a night! This hotel is tarnishing the Wyndham brand…

Bad experience! Only the location is the favorable point. Don't even count on breakfast! In the end, I only stayed because I had already paid! Worst experience I had with hosting.

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of updates.
My family and I checked in on Friday afternoon and the man at the front desk was very unfriendly, rude, couldn’t even greet us with a hello or at least with a smile. While I was talking to him he never looked at my face, also while I was talking to him he started to talk on the phone, he was not helpful at all, no manners whatsoever. He couldn’t even explain to us how to access the elevator.
As soon as you walk in it smells really bad and they tried to cover that smell with lots of another horrible smell of some kind of incense.
Be aware that next door to the entrance of the hotel there is a door with no signs… what a surprise when it turned out to be a bar/club that has loud music at night right below the rooms, very difficult to sleep with loud people talking and the loud music.
Very uncomfortable beds, old and uncomfortable pillows, terrible. The housekeeping was not very clean, the bathroom had mold on the edges of the lower wall, dirty floor, dirty walls, dirty doors.
We were very concerned about bed bugs. Thankfully we didn’t find any, but it was a terrible stay at this place.
No tissue paper, no dryer, at least there was a mini fridge and iron.
The carpet in the room was disgusting, it also has some holes.
This hotel is in bad condition.
We didn’t even try the breakfast for sanitary reasons, if the rooms and the hotel are in this condition who knows about the breakfast.
This hotel is by Wyndham I honestly was expecting at least a clean and comfortable bed, what a disappointment.
It needs better management, upgrades, renovations, cleaning, sanitation, or close this hotel.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Terrible place! Service sucks! The beds are so wet and too squishy to the point it feels like if it was water! It promises breakfast but everything you get is some terrible tasting coffee and some very stiff bread. Not at all a good place to stay.

Aweful stay. Receptionist was really unfriendly, till 2am in the morning we would hear the music from the club below really loud and the breakfast was just a joke

4 STAR Hotel at best. I thought the red spot was blood at first but the results came negative. Found cousin IT in the bathroom. The sockets in the wall didn't like appliances nor wall chargers.

The breakfast was minimal and you could get more from a 711. Breakfast consists of OJ, Apple Juice, Coffee, toast, and bargain bulk danishes.

Traveled here with my kids, I paid $169 for 1 night. Room carpet torn up. Tripping hazard. The towels were dirty and had hair in them. Room conditioner loud. This hotel is the Worst. Please do not expect Breakfast. Juice, toast, jam and that's all. Front desk crew is Non professional.not worth staying.

My experience was honestly great. My family and I went to a mini trip to universal studios the location is great. Although the place is a bit sketchy when you get there I was nervous and anxious about the place. Eventually it calmed down, they ask for your car information so be ready to hand them that so they are able to let you get your hotel key. Their is homeless people around there but they don’t do anything they’re just minding there business. The elevator was working but it was really really slow to come down. The elevator is dirty in the Ceiling but other than that it works fine. My room was clean although there was like fuzz like on the floor just in the corners the ac worked fine the bathroom was fancy shower worked amazingly, sink amazing. Although on bottom of the sink in the corners there was dirt but it was no harm. The bed was comfortable the pillows were a bit hard according to my mom. Everything about the bed was amazing. The mini fridge worked amazing did a nice job keeping everything cold. There was a desk that is really useful. The tv worked amazing the view was nice. You can’t hear no noise nothing it’s quite and you sleep peaceful. It’s very convenient target is nearby, Walgreens, cvs, restraunt so like pollo loco. Honestly it was a great stay. Stay here if you would like it’s Great.

Hookers n Coke. Wyndham, you'd be better off selling this place. Front desk wasn't very friendly, tv was broken, hole or very soft spot in the bathroom floor, shower water didn't stay hot for very long, 10: 35pm call from front desk to tell me about the breakfast and to please give him a high rating. Very noisy area, people standing around outside talking loudly, yelling, sirens, loud engines, motorcycles. Parking lot is small, not very closely monitored except by a video camera. We should have asked for a partial refund fron this place.

Would NOT stay here again and I'd advise anyone else to stay away.

Price is WAY to high for this type of "motel" room.

3-star hotel, good location for tourist attractions in Hollywood, has parking, has a coffee bar and room desk, is quite old and has a strange smell but in general it is fine for other options in the sector. Beware of getting big breakfast ideas, technically it's just coffee and toast. Nearby there is a target mall.

Zero ratings the guy on the counter is very rude he doesn’t even ask if we booked a room instead he directly told us we don’t have a room available like is that how receptionists work? He is very rude he should get fired by acting like that he was just chilling and not doing anything. The basic thing that he can do for his job is just to freaking give us the right key and tell us the right room number, which clearly he messed it up he freakin give us someone’s key number so when we went to our room without us knowing that there was actually a person inside we felt bad. It’s just so unsafe that people can easily have access to your room that is so stupid. This guy is an Indian guy who basically just chill on the counter and playing with his phone and not doing his responsibilities like. I don’t care if he had a long day but that is very rude of him there’s a lot of way that you could treat a costumer better. We also just came from Las Vegas driving for how many hrs we we’re also tired from our trip so we were expecting that we could rest once we arrived but what a disappointment. You guys should never come here that place is not safe.

Rooms were okay. Room service was pathetic. There is a pub at the 1st floor and loud music sound coming from there was making it difficult to fall asleep.

This is by Far one of the worst Hotels and customer service I have ever been and had, there parking lot well is super small and good luck getting a pickup in there. And we were in a room on the 4th floor our TV did not work we called the front desk and they said you only stay 1 night go to sleep and leave in the morning, also there "breakfast" was toast and orange juice. This is just some of the things with this Hotel

The worst hotel I've ever slept in, dirty, old, on the ground floor there is a nightclub that doesn't allow you to rest, it offers breakfast that you better skip.

I dont think I've been to a hotel where staff have ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE before going to this hotel. Staff are just so 'not bothered' and don't even look your way let alone smile!

Rooms: its ok, no 'closed' cupboard to hang clothes. Plus point: has air conditioning, a fridge & a coffee machine.
Bathroom: not nice, just functional.
Breakfast: self service, Tea/coffee with powdered creamer, toast, butter and 2 really horrible mass produced pastries. Thank god the tea was good.

Metro station is close by, some shops too.

Would I stay there again? I'd try my level best to get a better place within my budget, if I couldn't, I guess I'd have no choice!
