Websites clearly says one price and almost double when u show up also claim to be dog friendly and they definitely are not. Guy keeps pointing to a sign that reads can refuse service to anyone and no pets allowed worst customer service ever BEWARE $$$$$$$

From greeting till goodbye they where super polite and rooms are clean and every day clean sheets and towels only comment around the beds was a bit dusty other than that its a nice safe place to sleep and get up in the morning for you adventures, great locations everything you need Is around you and close to downtown, I will definitely book with them in my next trip

Now these front desk clerks need to follow policy regulations because every time I come to this hotel they have us rolling they make up their own rules and they are very rude. I've been to better hotels, nicer, more comfortable and they don't charge as much as these rooms that's super 8 motel. Then let's not even start with those clerks man. You tell him a concern and they take it very personal they almost want to kick you out

Have not even made it into the room yet. No lobby! Have to stand outside to check in and out! Credit card needed for deposit but they demand PIN number for credit card. This is a JOKE!

DEBIT CARD USERS STAY AWAY!
I wish I could leave zero stars. I made this reservation almost a month in advance, and NOWHERE on the reservation or the website does it say they don’t take debit cards, or anything about a $250 deposit. I’m an avid traveler, and have stayed in major and budget motels NEVER had to pay cash deposits. They should be more transparent about extra charges because I know for a fact it’s not listed on their website. I ended up getting another room at WillownTree Inn who has much better customer service and better rooms.
Whoever was checking me in, stopped in the middle to talk to another customer, making me wait another 10 minutes which was rude as hell. If the owner or whoever is in charge can see this, your workers are rude and you should be more transparent about your debit/credit card policies. NOT right before you swipe someone’s card.
I still don’t understand why low budget no frills hotels that doesn’t even serve breakfast feels the need to charge such a high deposit, cash on top of that. F

Guest service was extremely bad I get to the place he tells me I need a major credit so I go put money on my pre paid credit / debit card it takes me half hour to get back to the place only to tell me that they don't take my visa credit card last time I checked visa was a major credit card so I went through all that trouble for nothing the guy was rude personally I think they should get someone with better comunications skills and someone who doesn't think he's better than the next guy

I booked my room online to my surprise it was easy to check in and the person at the window was pleasant. I enjoyed it decent price as well

Terrible. The manager January 2022 cost me money and was rude. I came to check in and the booking was cancelled at the moment. I will never stay at this hotel again. I hope they will rehire here. I had a paid reservation for my birthday and had low class poor treatment that I had to report to the headquarters.

Horrible service we were woken up by fire alarm goin off because people were smoking.smells like pure marijuana room service lady’s super rude was charged 20 dollars for a towel that i used showers are really bad sheets and bed covers were full of lint and dirt paper thin walls can hear everything horrible place sketchy and not the best area 2/10 don’t stay here PS IF YOU DONT PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD AND TRY PAYING WITH CASH OR DEBIT CARD YOU HAVE TO PUT DOWN 200 CASH

Stayed here a few times and I've never had any problems. Easy check in and check out. The only thing I didn't like was that the water shower pressure is pretty low. I've stayed here multiple times in different rooms and noticed they're all like that. Pretty quiet at night and there's a liquor store right next door. Please fix the water pressure I really like staying here.

I reserved a room in advance. I get there and the two guys take my debit card and license and begin to process my information for check in. I then here them whispering while checking me and so I began to wonder what’s going on. By this time they have had my license and debit card for 5-10 minutes. After the conversation between the two, he then looks at me and says, do you have a credit card? If not it will be $200 deposit. I’m laughing on the inside because I stay in nice places all the time but I feel I was judged based on my race. I came to this assumption due to it taking so long to check me in as well as the two gentlemen up front whispering about me. Why else would you waste close to 10 minutes of my time if not more before telling me that I need a deposit. I will never book here again and wouldn’t recommend!

BEWARE STAYED IN ROOM 222 ON FRIDAY OCT. 15TH. AFTER LAYING DOWN FOR BED FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES OR LESS I BEGAN FEELING AN INTENSE ITCHING AND SCRATCHING ON MY BACK. AFTER INSPECTION OF MY BACK I DISCOVERED I HAD BEEN BITEN, WE CHECKED THE BED AND SAW 2 BLACK SMALL BUGS. UNFORTUNATELY I KNOCKED THEM OFF THE BED INSTEAD OF TAKING A PHOTO OF THEM SORRY. DESK CLERK REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND UNTIL I FILE A COMPLAINT WITH Motel BRAND HEADQUARTERS. WAITING FOR REFUND TO BE SENT BACK TO MY CARD. 2 days later I'm still in pain and treating these bites

Bad service, front desk very rude
I notice all the good reviews are from pirceline? They do not have breakfast fake advertisement. Rooms smell like mold I end up going to a different place after 1 day

With the rooms I have no complaints but the front desk service is bad. The man working late night is very rude. Even him knowing my kids and husband were tired we just wanted to rest and take a room, he was upset don't know what going on, then he couldn't find my booked room. He eventually ended up refusing service because I was asking what was the problem.

We stayed 2 nights and was really Nice. The rooms are Big, clean and confortable. You can tell they put attention to cleanliness. I loved it.

Neat and clean. 3 huge issues though - incredibly noisy until midnight or so - EVERY night, wifi is very weak and intermittent, no debit cards allowed- cash or credit only.
