Super 8 by Wyndham Upland Ontario CA

The rooms are very old, it smells old. The breakfast is just snacks. You must use tap water to eat oats. There is rust all over the bathroom. I’ve got allergy because of the old dust in the room. The price don’t deserve the ratings.

I had a great experience at the Super 8 Upland Ontario. The staff was friendly and accommodating, they made sure everything was clean and comfortable for me during my stay. I got the jacuzzi room and it was very nice to relax and enjoy for a few days. Thank you!

This place was disgusting! Cockroach ran across the floor, dirty walls, dirty floors, no sweep or mop under beds, I moved bed to find dirt, hair, bobby pins and what looked like spit.
Food in corners by door, cracked sink, toilet paper in peep hole, no tissue to blow nose, just left empty, Walls needed washing down, floor boards as well.the staff was slow to check you in. I was actually told I was given an upgraded room. I would hate to see what room looks like as not upgraded. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

Better than motel 6, only downside is sleeping near the freeway. Other than that reasonable stay for decent price. Front clerk was very nice as well

Very simple hotel, there were cockroaches, the sheets had cigarette burn, the smell of the room was a giant cigarette and a giant joint, the neighbor was sitting in my door smoking marijuana and the AC wasn't working

It was alright. Check in took a little longer than usual. I don't like to be at Mt vacation home where police are always there. I enjoy my freedom with my own cultures and peaceful ways

Room is tidied but has noticeable wear, including some wall damage in the bathroom and holes in the blanket. Questionable stains on sheets. Walls have visible smears like things have been spilled or splashed and never wiped. This location is pretty barebones too, mostly just useful for sleeping.

IF YOU DON'T LIKE ROACHES.you may want to avoid! We were greeted by a big fella on the bathroom door.

The room was nice. The customer service was really really rude The front office worker, called my grandma fat and told her she needs to go to the gym. And then continued to asked, can he keep my little cousin And then he was checking out my five year old sister’s body. He was a real creep. I seen him peeking into other peoples room and poked his head into one of the rooms.

There's some kind of breakfast not to much but there is something the rooms are clean they have ice machine maids are friendly just leave a tip maids are really good they clean up so good workers are friendly they are also pet friendly. Lots of good stores and a miniature golf course near bye walking distance. It's a perfect area to be at convince to yourself s will be happy.

Tried sleeping but couldn't due to people upstairs constantly walking around from 4am to 8am. Some from that room started honking his car horn for 15 minutes at around 5 am. The beds were hard and the pillows small and stuff with what seem like cloth. The toilet top was missing and a hard plastic board was place on top.

Disgusting no phone cord, cigarette burns on the blankets the smoke detector was gone. Floor was sticky and dirty! Not worth what we paid!

I was rushing in booking hotel on the way to Los Angeles from Las Vegas. In Las Vegas we are already late.we thought that we could make it to reach Los Angeles but it is not possible to do that. As I estimated that we will reach there by 1 AM or 2 AM. This is the way I consider cheaper hotel room.so I booked hotel super 8 certified or affiliated by Wyndham. Their customer service is not up to Mark and in the middle of the night there was alarm going on everybody wake up. No one knows what’s happening. Breakfast was limited. No facial tissues and unclean towels. Internet is so slow and you can’t do anything. They need to improve service.

Love it it's most definitely a great place to stay it's always clean and live the workers managers here they always look out for me and mine I give it 20/10 100 star review most definitely if u been in a spot or are having struggles and need somewhere to go u know it ain't easy well they have always been welcoming

The place is a great location and THAT'S ALL. If you want a clean quiet worry free place pass this place up.

Nice clean and spacious rooms, helpful friendly staff. Fast check ins. Love that it’s close by to a lot of stores and restaurants and the fwy; very convenient! I really have been enjoying my stay here and will continue to come here when I need a room.

Not a bad place to stay the night. Sure the rooms could be a little better but hey for the cheap price you're paying it's not bad. Location is great with many nearby restaurants at a walking distance. Also, you park your vehicle by your room so it's easy to access and keep an eye on. My neighbors were loud and obnoxious all day and we could hear them through our walls clear as day but my old lady and I returned the favor that evening as we made the bed shake all night. Oh well, great stay overall!

The staff are very nice and helpful! Short notice got a good rate on room. Not a Hilton, but it worked for my quick needs.

Warning! Don’t trust this hotel. Credit card info for INCIDENTALS was illegally used.
My credit card was used 20 mins after checking in to order an UBer $7.84.
I had to cancel my Credit card on the spot. Huge inconvenience.
The clerk was dazed and confused when I checked in at 3pm. No Greeting and NOT Professional.
Don’t expect a TV with a signal.
Expect pubic hair on the bathroom door and stained pillow cases. The ripped shower curtain could have been changed years ago.
Heater doesn’t work. Room 206 does have hot water.
Report this Scam Artist by all means necessary.

Would not recommend booking here. When I checked in the front desk host did not even bother to look at the itinerary to see that I had booked 2 rooms in my name. They also double charged me for both rooms when I should have paid $651.12. The front desk host tried to give him a $100 deposit cause my clothes smelled like smoke (I work in the cannabis industry so my clothes are on it going to smell like cannabis), I told him we don’t plan on smoking in the rooms only outside of the rooms which we did.our rooms were terrible my room had water damage from a leak and my sister’s room had baby cockroaches about the shower head, where there was lots of water damage that you can see into the ceiling. There was Mold on my shower wall in the corner of the ceiling. Please do not book here.
