12I came in late and the night attendant was so kind and helpful. Room was clean. I would recommend them.
Purchased a room today, very displeased and unsatisfied with the state of the room. There were blood stains on the carpet, dried blood on the dresser, inappropriate words burned on the table, and the sink and counters were filthy. When spoke to staff she blamed the state of the room on remodeling. Will never go back to a Super 8. Beyond disgusting. My advice…don’t waste your time or money.
I tried calling the front desk at 9am the line was off the hook i went in she just sitting there.asked for a late check out she gave me 30 minugx
Jr at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. My friend and I checked in at the other location, Lindsay Olive Tree, but were so upset at the service and the missing room ammenties, we left within the hour of checking in. I called the Visalia location and Jr took care of us right away. We're just passing through on a road trip but will come back to the Visalia location should we come back to the area. Thanks again Jr!

First the bathroom door didn't shut, Terrible odor, nail sticking out of chair, missing carpet pieces.the only semi good thing is the location but besides that it's just a no for me.
Its 1: 45am. The group next door is partying and 6 of them are drunk talking outside our door. I asked them to please move their conversation, but they are still there. I tried calling front desk but the room pgone doesnt woek. The office not answering business phone when I call from my cell. Avoid this place if you are booking a night to get rest.
They are are so redicoulous do not wish what they did to me to anybody else. I'm going to file disremination charges on them cuz they want to tell me they don't take walk ups so idk I'll figuar something out
It was an ok place to stay. Meaning I would go back! Close to many shopping malls. Close to freeway access. Friendly staff. Was a little noisy! And could be cleaner. All in all it was ok!
Average motel. The pros of this motel is that it's close to the freeway. The cons are that the TV is out of date and blurry. Also services are very limited here.
I've stayed here a hundred times and overall, until last night, never had anything to complain about. I booked online and requested downstairs since I'm disabled and currently on crutches due to my spine collapsing. When I arrived around midnight, I had to ring the bell twice to get the night clerk to wake up. He wasn't NOT friendly but when I asked if the room was downstairs, he said there were too many workers staying and handed me my room key, effectively dismissing me-no offer of assistance! I was too tired to go elsewhere but I stood at my car for close to 30 minutes alternating between crying and cursing. I was parked in handicapped near the office and while there were parking spaces closer to my upstairs room, they weren't wide enough for me to open my car door and get out without my crutches hitting the car next to me. So not only was I on my own to get my luggage upstairs, but I was fairly far from my room. I drug two loads up to my room. As I was coming down the stairs the first trip, my suitcase fell down the last flight of stairs making a huge racket. No one came to assist me. In the end I had to take my suitcase one step at a time praying to God that my back wouldn't break (AGAIN!) I emptied and put away the contents of my suitcase and went to the car to load it with what I hoped was the last of my luggage. I understand that things happen but I strongly feel he was being lazy because he was tired and I get that but I'm the customer. At least offer to help me because you can't accommodate me?
