Super Bowl Express, San Clemente CA

I absolutely recommend this place. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The food is absolutely delicious and worth the price. The service is amazing and quick. The lady at the front was so polite and absolute a doll she was fantastic. The place felt very welcoming and warm. It was cold out today, but even with the door open, it was so warm.

My bf and I came in here for the first time tonight and absolutely loved the food! The whole staff is super friendly and the teriyaki chicken & veggie tempura is perfect, highly recommend! Call ahead because they make everything fresh:)

I highly recommend the KBBQ Short Rib Platter. The rice was so soft and moist without being wet. The flavor of the teriyaki sauce on top is *chef's kiss*. The lady behind the counter who took our order says she works weekends but you'll be lucky to have her!

Sorry I didn't leave a tip.a bit pricey for a bowl yet realized later well worth it. The best tender beef and chicken I've ever tasted.

Great rice bowls. Spicy option is a good spice level. Small place so it can be a bit slow since it's pretty popular. Fast food style service with very limited seating and no dedicated parking but good quality/price.

Been going here for many years & still impressed by the sushi chef.the excellent quality of sashimi and perfect sushi rolls are ON POINT everyone! Love Super Bowl Express

I had the the sushi-c combo and it was decent. The rolls were a little underwhelming but the sushi was great. I saw several people getting bowls and wished I would have tried one of those. They looked fantastic.

The best teriyaki chicken set-up in the West. It’s been consistently excellent since my first encounter in 2011. Friendly counter-service, and generous portions. Spicy chicken bowl is life!

New ownership has done a fantastic job. The guy is super friendly and obviously passionate about making this place special. Prices are more than fair and service is very quick and easy. The spam musubis are killer. The chicken has gotten better because they stopped overcooking it and they are more generous with the teriyaki. The Korean short ribs are always a treat as well. Hoping to keep seeing these positive changes!

Love this place! Great food at reasonable prices. Many yummy heathy choices. I Love their teriyaki sauce which is not sweet but incredibly tasty. Be aware it's mainly a take out place.only 2 tiny tables outside and a counter with swivel chairs inside.

My co worker just told me about this Super bowl express. We've been eating the same food over and over so we decide to look and eat something new. I personally love platter #3 chicken, short ribs and beef with veggies. The beef is so good and tender. I love it. Try it.

Great place! Been coming here for 20 years and even though it's under new ownership in terms of food you wouldn't know anything changed. New owner is great! He definitely is a breath of fresh air & to that end breathing new life into this iconic establishment? I for one will be coming back more frequently. Arigato!

The food is amazing and the customer service is perfect. You can immediately tell that the food and the customer is all that matters! If you love Korean and Japanese food this hidden gem is a must!

Chicken is perfectly grilled and amazingly tender. The spam and masago musubi is so good but the peanut sauce stole the show! Amazing food and will eat here any time I’m around

Got the Chicken Teriyaki Sushi, the Boston Roll, and the Korean BBQ ribs platter. The food was delicious and the fish was fresh: did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond. Will be going again!

LOVE this place! Such good chicken curry and udon. It’s a family business, the man at the counter is SO kind. His mom made us a complimentary kimchi from scratch which was SO sweet. When we ate it all, she made us more. Just the best experience.
