Super Service Plumbing, Santa Rosa CA

My sewer pipe in my hall bathroom broke 6 years ago at the end of September; Super Service did the sewer pipe replacement work. On Monday, September 4th, I discovered the pipe that was replaced was leaking.
I contacted Super Services to express my dismay and ask if they could help.
Their office manager, Vicky was very understanding and would see what they could do to help.
Yesterday, I spoke with Ray, who at first was reluctant, expressing reasons that the pipe could be leaking. But he quickly realized that it’s the bigger picture of guaranteed quality work, customer service and satisfaction. Also, I’ve used Super Service for other plumbing issues and never had any problems and he would be losing a customer.
Ray at Super Service stepped up by giving superior customer service and replaced the sewer pipe at no charge. Their technician Paul was prompt and courteous. He spent a great deal of time completing the job, which made me feel he was making sure it wouldn’t be a problem ever again.
Things happen, but it’s what we do to make them right that is important. Thank you for standing by your work and providing outstanding customer satisfaction.
