I was referred to them by a friend, thing is. I live in the Los Angeles area & even then Ali went above & beyond to get me into the car I wanted & even did a virtual walk through. Next thing you know, I am in Orland, no hidden fees, no upsell, honored his word & best of all got into that beautiful Honda I wanted.

LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR. I never write reviews but I had to here after getting my car and instantly noticing there was something wrong with the engine and I talked to the owners & owners sons’ and basically said I am SOL since I bought it as a used car. They said they’re doing me a favor by paying half of the part they THOUGHT was wrong with it. I sold my paid off vehicle to get the one there. Not to mention I realized I seriously messed up trusting their business when they made me drive several times to Orland from Oroville for no reason to have them fix my car after they said they would and every time I went in there was several people complaining that something is wrong with the car. After months of complaining they said it’s been 3 months and can’t do anything. It’s literally so messed up. They made me believe they had their best interest at heart but really it was just ANOTHER SALE. If I can give a negative starts I would.

If I could leave zero starts I would! Engine went out after 1 week then the transmission right after!

I decided to try this shop again since my first time was a great experience. I'm not sure if the man who helped me was in a hurry or just desperate to make a sale. He immediately wanted to run my credit before I even sat down. I told him I'd rather look at the inventory first. He agreed.i told him several times I needed a 4x4 truck or SUV. It was clear they didn't have any but he kept throwing out sedan and coupes which I told him like five times I wasn't looking for that. He kept showing me all wheel drive cars, after I again told him I want looking for a car and I didn't want AWD. He absolutely disregarded what I was looking for and just kept throwing different cars at me. I left pretty annoyed.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Super Shopper is amazing. They were able to get me approved even with bad credit, a fixed income and my only down payment being a car that not only had 235000 miles on it but was also impossible to be smogged they somehow still managed to get me approved and driving the same day. Even when I didn't have a dime in my pocket they were there for me and my family when we needed them the most. If it weren't for them, I don't know where I'd be. A truly amazing experience. They were nice and even gave me an estimate on what trucks I could afford in my price range without even running my credit first. That's unheard of at a car lot in my experience.

No where else would give me a car. They were very helpful. My car broke down 4 days after buying it. It was a common problem with this year of car. My warranty refused to cover the parts. Super shoppers made it right. My car is up and running. Thank you i love my car.
