The cheapest wash machine is $3.50. I put in my soap, softener and my $3.50 in quarters and the machine just started. It has a start button so I didn't know that you had to unlock the machine before inserting quarters. When I told the attendant that the machine started itself and the door was locked with NO clothes inside, she said there was nothing I could do. She said that I just had to pay again. I was very upset that I just got ripped off by a machine. After speaking to the attendant i felt even more ripped off. Since I already had 2 loads LOCKED in other washers, I was stuck for another 30 minutes. I then went and sat by the little toy and gumball machines. I noticed one of the machines had these cute little food erasers that I wanted to get for my grandkids. I put in 9 quarters and only 5 of the 9 erasers came out. There are several loud tvs on. All of them on different channels and only in spanish. Horrible policy on refunds when a customer has a problem with a machine. I DO NOT recommend this place. I also got the feeling that the attendant would have been able to help me if I spoke spanish. Just bad customer service. I've been coming here for years, but I won't be coming back. It's sad to walk into a business and basically have them steal from you.

Is this a real place? Lived in Hawthorne for 20 years. Never seen this place.

It gets full! Allot of people! Some machines were broken, unfixed since the last time i went to wash my clothes, clean area! Their machines where you add money to the card its broken some of their dryer machines won't work, people sometimes forgets that they are at a Public laundromat that they forget their clothes for a long time and people needs to use the machines!

Open 24 hrs It is very clean. Also has massage chair's which is a plus

If you know when theres not a lot of people its pretty cool
