6ITS RIDICULOUS I TOOK MY SON TO THE ER ON MONDAY, HE HAS MUSCULAR DISTRHOPHY, TRACHEOSTOMY 24 HRS OXYGEN DEPENDENT, THE SUCTION MACHINE IS TOO WEAK NOT CHARGING HE HAS RSV I CALLED TO REPLACED THE MACHINE, ITS FRIDAY I KEEP CALLING AND CALLIBG AND THEY JUST GAVE ME THE SAME ANSWER THAT THEY ARE GOING YO CALL ME, IM VERY UPSET IF THE MACHINE STOPS AND SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY SON IT WILL BE ON SUPERCARE IM REPORTING THIS

The Guy was very Professional in the way he explained the BIPAP Machine. He was thorough and explained it all to me twice. Then he had me operate the machine to make sure I understood how to use it. He was friendly and easy to talk to.
The Respiratory Therapist that delivered and showed us how the cpap machine works is highly knowledgeable in his field and professional. He addressed all my questions thoroughly as well. Great service!
