As a walk-in I've never felt more like a burden. Decided to try a new style with a high part. Overall a decent cut, but it felt rushed because my stylist had a color appointment she couldn't keep waiting on account of my satisfaction. I tried to mention some fuzzies towards the back of the part but the stylist just squished more product onto my hair, as if to say either I was wrong in my perception or that it's as good as it was gonna get. I'm kinda sad about how I look.

Stylist without much experience gave me an uneven haircut with some places that the hair looked hacked.

Rosie does a great job on my sons haircut. If I had hair left on my head she would cut mine too lol

New to area and needed a haircut.never been to a chain barbershop before and thought this place was good do to the reviews. WRONG. Girl cutting my hair was Vivian she fudged my hair up big time and it was a simple cut. Charged me 20 buvks and hurried me out. Now i gotta wear a hat for 2 weeks. This place sucks

Walked in Saturday for cut. Noelia was on vacation so asked for Lexi, she was out till Wednesday, so I said ok what time. She said 11: 30 is when Lexi starts. I said ok I'll be back then she said ok. Walked in Wednesday same time as Lexi, spoke with heavy set girl with glasses and purple hair. She said I had to wait I explained she said sorry, guy behind me said that ain't right. I've been waiting for 70 minutes! I've been coming here for 15 years. Thanks Dexter Hayes

I went in for the free neck trim and around the ears that they told me I could do in between haircuts and they changed me $20 for this. I would not recommend this location as they do not honor what they say.

Nice salon, clean. The stylists aren't very outgoing and friendly though. Double check their work before leaving!

The place itself is clean, and the receptionist was kind. I came as a walk in appointment, and waited probably 35 minutes because of the client ahead of me. I liked my haircut, but I walked out without it being dried and styled because it cost extra. And they applied a mousse that made my hair crunchy and grimy. Tell them to skip the mousse. Come here if you dont mind paying extra $30 to dry and style your hair. Or walk out with wet unfinished hair and finish styling at home.

Hit and miss haircut depending who you get, the store manager was the best so far!
Not going back, they don't keep track of haircuts and relay on me to remember!

DONT TRUST UR HAIR TO THESE UNEDUCATED GIRLS. GIRL TJAY DID MY HAIR TRIED TO BRUSH IT OUT WITH A VENT BRUSH, AFTER PULLING MY HAIR I GAVE HER MY WET BRUSH TO USE. DONT RECOMMEND

Always a great experience coming here. I always get a great haircut fast and easy. Renee does an amazing job! Other places do good haircuts too but my hair seems to grow out funny looking, when I come here they cut my hair so it looks great and grows out looking natural and stylish! Definitely worth the extra money!

I had a long pixi looking cut when I walked into the store. I was supposed to get a trim off the top just to keep it from poking my eyes whenever it fell into my face. I told her to trim the back and sides down and to just cut the bangs to my eyebrows, I walked out of the store with my "bangs" not even able to go down to the midpoint of my forehead. I look like a boy, it's the worst "trim" I've ever gotten.

Haircut was horrible ladie look like she couldn’t cut nothing more of a place for kids haircuts if your 10 or older don’t come to get a hair cut it will look crooked.

Quick and easy haircut with generally friendly staff. Only downside is that you may have to schedule an appointment.
