Absolutely horrible. I would put zero stars if I could. Philip was impatient and rude when I tried to explain the haircut I wanted- which was a simple touch up from my previous cut I received a month ago. He butchered my layers and cut everything too short. He seemed distracted and rushed the whole time; kept trying to be finished and gave me an attitude when I would point to where he missed and needed to go back over. I love Griselda, but if you can’t get her, I recommend going elsewhere. This was hands down my worst experience getting my haircut in my life. And I’m 31 years old!

Walked into Supercuts when it was empty and the 2 spanish ladies decided to continue their conversation in Spanish at the counter while I sat in an empty salon for 5 min. Haircut wasn't even that good for $30. Too much.

Went in for a haircut today. Location was clean and tidy. Griselda was very friendly and professional. She was able to see me right away. Haircut was done perfect and very quickly. My favorite part was the hot towel offered at the end.

Be ready to wait! If you call to put your name down still be ready to wait! Although if you call and ask for a stylist, they might take you sooner because you asked for someone.

Horrible place to get your hair cut. The guy cut my bangs and inch and a half shorter than I asked and did a horrible taper on my bangs and cut way too much off there too. Do not go here if you value your hair.

They rock. What a place. Supercuts / Regis is generally good but this particular location is above the rest. Call for an appointment and you're in quickly. Always professional and the cut quality it consistently higher than average among staff. The manager has been keeping it real for years and it's always well maintained and super clean. Good rack of products on-site. Highly recommended.

I was told need for an appointment just to walk in. I walked in at 12pm and was told that I needed to call in for an appointment. As I’m waiting for my turn a white man comes as a walk in and he was told he would be next. Not okay at all.

Cecilia was AMAZING. First time having my hair cut in over a year due to the pandemic. My hair was so long I donated it to locks of love. We discussed how short I should go. I had my hair cut in long layers and at a good length. Thanks so much for the AWESOME service. I will definitely be back again.

Griselda and Sophia rock. They are experts at their craft and have wonderful customer service. Sara D sounds like a typical Karen who reaps what she sows.

I made an appointment and had to wait 40 minutes past it. Then my haircut was uneven and took another 40 minutes (on already short hair, no less). I ended up going home and having to even it out myself.
The Supercuts on Victoria is so much better! That's what I get for going to a different location.

I had an 11: 30 appointment with Griselda and I arrived and they said they could not see me until 2! They said they probably called to notify me. They did not. I agreed to be seen by another person and asked to use the bathroom while I waited the 10 minutes. They told me the bathroom was not in service. It was Griselda who treated me this way so I don’t recommend her. It was obvious in her to e she really didn’t care and this sort of customer mis-scheduling happened all the time.
