17I love the girls that work here, they are great with my kids. My complaint is that this location is always short staffed making it difficult to make appointments for after the kids get out of school. Also the online system seems to be broken more than it is working lately. The ladies here are great, just need to be able to offer more availability in the afternoon hours.
My beautician is very nice, and works works me, knows how I like my hair cut.
Would recommend this place.
Mariya does a great job on my son's hair. We've been going to her for several years. Staff is friendly and shop is always clean.
THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT…. AND FOR WORSE, THEY TAKE FOREVER EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO SERVICE YOU. AND THEY ACT LIKE OTS NORMAL, TO CHAT AROUND AND WALK AROUND WITH SO MANY CUSTOMERS SITTING AROUND JUST HAWKING THEM. ABSURD.
Took my daughters to get a trim 1hr and a half before closing time. And they turned us away saying they weren’t accepting walkins. Horrible business
My 12 year old son loves this super cuts he says any of the women there do his hair perfect, he never complained
Not very impressed. The girl was not very friendly and it appears she got a little annoyed with me. I will be looking to get my hair cut somewhere else
Amazing customer service. Very quick, professional, friendly staff. The manager Kaitlyn is amazing and always outgoing. Even when I forget to check in or the app is down they are quick to get me in and out and still do a professional job. Highly recommended
Have been going for a little over a month. Great staff, the girls have always been kind and friendly. Claudia who usually cuts my hair has been doing a great job. I dont see myself going anywhere else anytime soon.
These girls are awesome and know what they are doing. Don't pay attention to the other reviews. YES they are busy! That means they are doing something right, right? If the place was always empty that would mean there are better places to go to ;) Make sure you check-in or call and get on the waitlist. The manager is nice, professional and an amazing stylist to top it off.

I recently went to Supercuts in Tulare, CA on East Prosperity Ave on 02/02/22 around 4: 45 PM. I was told since I did not reserve an appointment online my wait time would be about one hour. Which is fine and understandable given the times were in and sometimes the nature of the business. But it was the young ladies attitude towards me was already rude and I did nothing to her! Then she tells me I cannot walk out during the wait. The wait did not even end up being an hour so she already had a not so very good customer service system going on. When I got to her chair, she told me what I wanted. I explained I wanted to spike the front with everything else short. Then in a rude voice she tells me, "ok but what do you want" I tell her again and her and her god awful customer service skills yells at me and says "ok, but what do you want! " At this point I am more nervous from her disrespect towards me. I am not the stylist, she is! She should be there to help me in the process of a good haircut. The haircut did happen and she did not wipe the hair from my face. Another stylist cashed me out. I felt so disrespected as a customer walking out. I did nothing wrong and I was treated like trash. I think she is the manager of the place as well, not sure.
I have the best experience here! I always feel comfortable & get the haircut I exactly want. I throughly enjoy this shop & the ladies there.
The girls in there were absolutely amazing and so nice. They all had conversations with me and I enjoyed it all! My haircut came out more than what I expected! And the manager happily checked me out. It’s was a pleasant experience!
My son went in with an appointment at 6 and it's 6: 30 and he is still not being helped. This is ridiculous why even make an appointment or pay the monthly fee.
I got there in the morning after there website was having trouble, and set an appointment for later that afternoon. When I got there about 15 minutes early, I checked in and they told me they had three people in front of me, I asked what did that have to do with my appointment? There answer was that I wasn't an appointment it was a check in, they were very rude and unprofessional. The woman that did my sons hair, seemed nice but she didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing.supercuts has gone downhill
I made an appointment online with the app so that I don't have to wait an incredibly long time. Still waited 40 minutes first thing in the morning, why are they taking appointments and not honoring them. Don't set appointments in your app and not honor the appointment times given to your clients, we didn't make the app, please fix it.
