I came to get a simple 4 inch haircut, she cut my hair at least double that! My hair turned out awful, uneven! Josie needs to go back to school to know how to cut hair! A terrible experience!

Selena, who works at the Fallbrook branch is very rude and doesn't look you in the eye and tries to rush you asap. Scheduled an appointment with her and she made me wait a few min just as she folded clothes and kept herself busy for no reason. Didn't look me in the eye and rushed me out without even seeing how my hair looked. It was all messy when she took the cover off and said ok your done. I had to ask for a warm towel which she just handed and left to the register. My neck and face covered with hair as she walked away. Didn't adjust or say anything to me incase I wanted something else. Also suggested I go to another person next time. Not sure if I'll come back here and I've been coming for years. Came to her because she did a great job and I had so much compliments that I believed in her talent. But now I don't believe or trust her as a person to ever get near me again.

Very bad haircuts wouldn't go. I went in and came out with pieces of hair everywhere that was missed. Also they let me walk out with a bunch of hair all over my forehead.

Went in for a haircut as a walk in customer, had a stylist with tattoos and blonde hair. Let me tell you! She did an amazing haircut the best style ever she really took her time to give me nice curls, gave me full weave loved the outcome of my hair color. She needs to get paid more! Best customer service.

First cut wasn't great but they fixed it wonderfully and really went the extra mile. I really appreciate it.

Went in yesterday for my daughters haircut, one stylist was busy cutting hair, greeted and told me it would be about a 10-15 minute wait while the other stylist came back from lunch, came back I got my daughter taken by a stylist in the middle seat. Blonde hair petite, Tanya I was able to see her license to get her name, worst service ever! She has a bad attitude just said hello no Enthusiastic in her voice, seemed miserable to be there. Worst part didn’t even ask if the haircut was ok. She seemed bother to take my daughter and bothered to work here, she looked annoyed when I was next to my daughter for my daughters comfort Why work at a job your license for. Won’t be coming back. Get stylist who love there job and enjoy doing hair.

Took my toddler for a hair cut and as kids ARE. The lady who was gonna cut his hair said “ if he moves I won’t cut his hair “ well first of ALL I go to other places and he moves until they give him a lollipop. I think she has no patience at all

While the girl who did my hair was nice and the trim I go is decent, I felt like everything was rushed. I’ve never had a place not finish blow drying my hair. I was so shocked that I ended up telling her I was fine with her not finishing. I won’t be coming back.

I had one stylist who not only didn’t want to give me what i want but completely messed up my hair.she just chopped random pieces off my hair and called them layers girl my hair is missing give it back.

May have been good. Had to use the restroom but was told to try next door. Probably never go there again.
