We made a day of appointment and Amber was ready for us at the appointment time. It was my 3yo first time at a salon and he has ASD. Yes, a very tricky situation for anyone. Amber was so kind and really tried. Unfortunately, my son wasn't comfortable (sensory issues) and his movement caused some injury to the hairdresser. Despite this, she remained calm and tried rushing it. Eventually, she wrapped it up when he became too fidgety.
I ended up clipping the sides and trimming a few pieces in the front when we got home because it looked incomplete but Amber's cut kinda gave me direction to get the rest done.

I am always very pleased with my local Supercuts. The owner, Sue, shows real concern for customer satisfaction. I like the way she asks me " what is your goal? " When she begins. The other stylists who have cut my hair did a great job. I have noticed they are all good with all ages and genders. They make suggestions but with no obnoxious pressure to sell hair products like some other salons.

I recently had a life changing experience getting my hair highlighted by Sohair. She convinced me to dye my eyebrows and WOW what a difference! My highlights came out amazing too. I would highly recommend her!

Walked in with no appointment midday on a Sunday for a cut for me and my son. There was 3 people waiting, but they were waiting for one stylist. So we got taken in within 10 minutes by Amber. She did a good job for us both. I'll return next time I need a cut.

Sue helped me with a very long overdue haircut and re-style (reverse ombré). She was personable and attentive and went out of her way to suggest ways I could improve the health and appearance of my hair going forward. Highly recommend this location for it’s friendly and efficient staff.

Sue was wonderful! Went in for full color and trim ends of my long hair. She also colored my eyebrows. Everything turned out great! I am thrilled with the results. I came in because my hair was pretty long and I wanted something easy to manage. Bri did an excellent job and took the time to ask questions about what I wanted and explain the difference between doing things like layering my hair and not layering my hair. Definitely one of my best experiences getting a haircut. Thank you, Bri!

I went in to get a haircut after growing my hair for 6 months. I told the stylist twice that I wanted to keep the length on top and just trim the sides and back, the fluff. I explained that I want 2 on the sides but wanted the length on top. She then proceeded to use the 2 clipper but goes directly up the side of my head. At that point there was no way to save the length. I ended up with a high flat top, egg shaped hair, and uneven. At the end the stylist asked if that was what I wanted, I told her no. I told her I wanted to keep the length on top, I told her I wanted it twice before we started. The stylist then proceeded to say she blended the hair on the sides but thats not what I asked for. A trim of the sides and back then an inch off top to trim the dead ends, that’s what I asked for but not what I got. Horrible stylist that doesn’t listen to their clients and does what they want!

They made sure we where comfortable and well taken care of. We can always count on Sue and her team for a great service!

I have played kitchen magician to the point of “Oh my God what have you done to yourself! ”

I have gone in to Sue for a haircut which I loved and got a expert color consult to repair my attempts at disguising my roots and highlights.

The experience was wonderful Sue addressed the brassiness, toned it down, applied highlights, allowing my gray frame to remain. (at my request as I’m tired of chasing the gray line around my face every 10 to 14 days.) The result was wonderful! The highlights blended the gray into the blonde. And I left feeling wonderfully pampered as a cute gramma as opposed to a kitchen hair mess!

I was so nervous about going to a new salon, I have had so many bad experiences in the past. I told Sue and she put me right at ease. I have never looked so good. My husband is so pleased. I even had

Got a great haircut. The lady that did my shampoo and cut was very professional. I have really long hair and I don't get it cut very often because hairdressers are always trying to talk me into doing things that I'm not interested in. That was not the case here. She gave me the cut I asked for with no pressure to do anything more. I will definitely be back.
