I come here for consistency. There are definitely better shops but I know what I am getting when I come here and it is good enough for me.

I have been coming here for 1 year and a half. I am so pleased with my hair. Sue has helped me so much. I love the atmosphere. It's always so clean and comfortable. Go see Sue in Alpine. You will be glad you did!

My hair was too tangled to cut and was told to brush it and make sure her hands run through it. I am half black so my hair is naturally tangled. This is discrimination. They only had one customer. Her loss zero tip and lazy employee. She was Hispanic.

Horrible experience! I made an appt then waited 40 min to get my haircut. The woman literally slid her sweaty arm all over my face while she was washing my hair. I asked for just 1 inch off and she said my hair is dead and needed over 3 inches I said I didn't want that just 1 inch please she mumbled something then said fine. I look back and she chopped over 3 inches off! Now its to my shoulders all uneven different lengths like a toddler cut it. I can't even put it in a bun or ponytail it looks like a mushroom. Do
not go here! EDIT: I have left several messages for the owner and no response. I have been wearing a hat since this nightmare haircut. Do not go here they don't care about your hair.

This place has horrible service I have a appointment at 3: 00 now I I understand 5 or 10 mins to wait but seriously a employee comes out has an attitude cause I’m on a business call and I’m like hey my son is first I guess even though I scheduled us to both get hair cuts at the same time.

I got here at 10am to make a appointment at 1pm and when I got there the same lady was still in the chair getting her hair cut and the manager never called to let me know of any scheduling changes and just said that there was a “hiccup” when I showed up early. There’s now a another lady in front of me getting her haircut during my time slot. These people don’t have any common courtesy and I would not recommend

I went to get a haircut and I'm so disappointed bc Valerie the girl who cut my hair did a terrible job. She literally just chopped of my hair, the layers she gave me are horrible, and i asked her for long curtain bangs and she cut them short and chopped up work. I cant even style my hair or my bangs. I've never had an issue with anyone who cuts my hair here but Valerie (who also works on the san ysidro one) just messed it up.

Hair cut was not exactly the way I wanted it but it turned out okay. However, I was asked if I needed to shampoo my hair before they cut my hair and I said "no thank you". She cut my hair and when she was done cutting I asked if she can please blow it out. She said "Actually I don't have time. I just took the haircut"So she did have enough time to shampoo my hair but not enough time to blow out my hair and style it. At least be upfront about it and say you only have a short time instead of letting your client leave with wet unstyled mess of hair.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, I showed her a picture of how I wanted it and she literally just took 5 min, to cut the sides and that was it, and it’s super expensive too

I desperately needed a trim since I hadn’t had one in months. I got a wash and a trim and asked for simple side bangs. This is the second time I asked for this, and the bangs didn’t even blend into the layer. It looks awful, and I don’t know how to fix it. I also didn’t notice she didn’t trim my layers until I got home and blow dried it. I now paid for a haircut but basically didn’t get a full cut. I like Supercuts because I’m a busy single parent and don’t have time to make appointments. I guess I will try another location and pay again for someone to fix it.

I had a great expirences at Supercuts! The lady who trimmed my hair was very nice and did an excellent job on cutting my hair!

I called at 11 am this morning, they said they were busy (I wanted to get a basic straight cut on my lunch at 2pm) they informed me it was not possible so I asked if they could reserve a spot for me after work at 5: 30, the lady confirmed 5: 30 for me and never once mentioned it was just an informal appointment! Well I show up at 5: 20 and they proceed to tell me that my appointment is not really an appointment and that I have about at least another 30 minute wait! Very unprofessional! First time and last I visit a Supercuts!

2 haircuts, boy cut was overall good but she left random uncut hair in odd places like in the sideburns under an area that was cut, and uneven side to side. The other cut was too short in front and the hairdresser did not know how to blend in the back, leaving me looking like a mushroom. Then she got mad at me. Poor service. Not going back. Do not recommend.

Over priced. I like to tip my stylist well and with a $25 cost to cut my hair. It was a $30 hair cut.

Great place, staff were professional and did a great job. Especially with my vague instructions I give.

My go to place for cuts and colors. You really get what you pay for and more! They have several people work on you and each one never fails to impress me with their ability to create magic with my hair.

I use to be afraid to come in because I've read that there were rude people. But I came in and I actually loved both ladies that was working. They were amazing. And funny. I definitely felt comfturbal.

Very happy with the COVID-19 precautions they are taking! Great customer service and I'm happy with the cut they gave me. I wanted to chop off about a foot of my hair, which I got. The hairdressers knew how to make my haircut even more flattering for me.

I made an appointment and was able to be seen on the same day. My hair feels so much lighter for summer and it was only $25.00.
