I like this super cuts they'er very friendly and if ur a regular they remember u and the hair cut

All the ladies working that day were friendly, kind, and professional. My boys haircuts are great. My three year old with Down Syndrome is usually difficult but they all were so good with him. Putting on cartoons to watch while we waited and being patient with him during the cut made our haircut day stress free and a little fun getting a lollipop for the road. We were here just visiting friends and are very happy to have found this place ️

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The customer service was horrible. The hair cut i got is disgusting. If you want any type of haircut, DO. NOT. GO. TO. SUPER CUTS. I asked her for a slight trim and she took off so much more then just dead hair, I showed her how much I wanted off and then she showed me how much she would cut and she went so much shorter than she said she would, I also asked for some face framing pieces, and I showed her I didn’t want it to be above my chin, and now I can barely tuck the “face framing pieces” behind my ears, it looks like I have grown out bangs, and the sections she took are so uneven and the cut was uneven, when I got home I had to cut one side even shorter so it would match the length of the other side. And they still look choppy. And while I was getting my hair cut she kept walking away to talk to other people and attend (to what I assume) her regulars. She seemed very distracted and she wasn’t paying attention to what she was actually doing. Her eyes were very wide and bugging out too, wouldn’t be surprised if she was on something. Overall this is the worst ever haircuts experience I have ever had and I will be cutting my own hair from now on, never letting another person touch my hair again.

I'm impressed by how fast Val cut my son's hair, even though he was moving around a bunch. She did a great job and was kind and gentle the whole time!

I haven't been here in a long time, due to COVID, amongst other things, but is as good as I remember, and Julie, the Manager is still there! Julie and everyone else is as friendly as ever. My hair person, Kristen, was very good, and very sweet ️

Supercuts is awesome. I took my son for his haircut today and he really liked it a lot. The girls are all amazing.

Olivia was so nice to chat with. I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and she immediately understood and did a great job.

Came into get a haircut and that was fine, lady trimmed my mustache literally for 3 seconds, just took a few hairs off, and the person at the register charged me full price for a beard and mustache trim, even though the girl that cut my hair told her that she barely touched my mustache and not to charge me. Last time I go to a place that rips you off blatently!

Horrible. She didn't do the things I asked her to and did the things I specifically told her not to do. It was right before a trip. It was uneven and a 20 year old Metro sexual hair cut. She did one side burn different than the other. I had to get out my sheers and shave it all off.which I could have done myself and left it longer.

This is the most unprofessional hair saloon I've ever seen. I scheduled an appointment as a new customer, and she cut me really quick in 5 minutes, so she could take one of her regulars, who came in without an appointment. I've never had my hair cut in 5 minutes. It was only when I got home that I saw it was uneven, and there was a long tail of hair hanging from the back, and I had to fix it myself. $26.00 for a sloppy job. They were also forcing customers to wear their masks, even though some of the employees themselves didn't have masks.

My mom ended up going in later, and they did the same sloppy job on her. Uneven maine, and they told her they only do certain colors and the coupons are only for hair products. $36.00 for another sloppy job.

I addition when we called to make appointments and asked them about time slots, they told us, "Well what time do YOU want? "

It seems they only treat you good if you're a regular, and they don't care about getting/keeping new clients. Never seen such a mentality. It's like they don't care if their business fails.

I first came to Supercuts to get my 5 year old sons hair cut for his start in Kindergarten. I was so impressed with the cut and style. I had been looking for.my own stylist after my stylist had left and COVID lock down had left me with about 28 inches of straight unstyled hair. I let the Supercuts stylist make a few suggestions and give me a cut. I am so glad I did. I TOOK OFF ABOUT 15 INCHES AND HAVE THE BEST HAIR CUT OF MY LIFE.

The lady who cut my hair did a so so job. The price of $20. For a haircut is reasonable. I would recommend this place.

I had a new hair cutter this time. She graduated Supercuts just before everything shut down last year. She didn't forget a thing. Did a great job!

I gave it a 5 star review because some of the hairdressers deserve it. But there are definitely AWFUL hairdressers here too. But it's a Supercut, so you get what you pay for. Just beware.

Supercuts was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly, as always. Both Valerie and Michele performed their "magic" on our hair. Do yourself a favor; get your hair cut/styled/colored there.

I always ask for and have Michelle cut my hair. She does a great job. I always receive compliments on my hair cuts.

I've never had my hair cut in 10 minutes before. Cut about 6 inches off when I asked for a few. Don't ask for Michelle
