I have been going to this place for years and have seen a small decline on store cleanliness and furniture that needs an upgrade. Employees are courteous and each one offers a unique skill. However, I can say without a doubt, not everyone cuts the hair at the same quality.

Let me share my experience:

The Good: Store offers a membership for around 18 dollars that entitles you to all the haircuts you can handle in a month. Price is right on target.

The bad: There is a waiting time of about 30 minutes even when you have an appointment.

The ugly: Lilah which is the store manager does not seem to care about how clean the store is or the additional waiting time you have to put up with, even after an appointment is made. She is having issues with their system and it takes another 15 minutes on top of the 30 minutes so expect to get a haircuts thay takes about an hour or so. Now, I have noticed that Lilah only cuts hair for caucasian customers and seems to pay attention and prioritizes their service. She is rude to everyone else and is a poor representation of supercuts. By the way, the store manager happens to be caucasian.

My go to person has been Ceci for about 2 years and she focuses on detail so I recommend her.

If I had to give 5 star rating because of the employees, I would, but it is because of the store manager's poor customer service skills, not being social and unprofessionalism tha I give this store 2 stars.

I asked this lady how much was a beard trim and without an explicit yes she proceeded to butcher my beard. She cut too much and left it uneven and gave a poor apology saying I should’ve gone to a barber

No Good! Ruined My Hair! Been Wearing A Hat Ever Since! Can't believe they allow people to cut hair that can't cut hair. Lol Ridiculous, I could have done a better job myself.

Super friendly staff, they cut my hair even though I didn't have an appointment with them.

My son gets his hair cut here. They offer unlimited cuts for 15$ a month. Cant beat that! My 17 yr old son is happy with the haircut everytime

Went there with my sister to get their hair treatment and we both loved it. Didn't catch her name but they were professional and respectful. They followed covid protocals and overall, I'm satisfied with my service.

There is an Asian lady there and she is complete distasteful and rude. I asked her if she can cutt my hair and she just responded so rudely and looked at me like I was from Mars. Definitely not going there to trust someone with my hair

I I just got a trim with the number three razor but they couldn't make sure that both sides were even by the ears oh e I just got a simple trim with a number 3 razor but they couldn't cut evenly on the sides of my head some of my ear around my some of the cutting around my ear is different than the cutting on the other side of my ear

Very good. All precautions taken. Efficient and courteous for my first time there. Although I am a Super Cut customer at another location.

Strict Covid protocols in place (wait outside, ear loop mask required). My stylist did exactly what I asked her to do, and my haircut came out great! One of the pricier Supercuts, but I did get the hot towel after.

This place sucks I went in for a pixie cut and left with a freaking baseball helmet such a hideous cut! Definitely got coming back here ever.

The price keeps going up and the quality keeps going down. Train the old women to make a proper fade. $22? ! What why!? Next time I'll go somewhere else.
