I was happy with my haircut I can't remember what her name was so can'tgive her a shot out!

I went for a hair cut and the lady named Ally rushed through it and left my layers uneven and it's very noticeable I'm very upset about but what else can I do. She wasn't very professional I tried to ask her for some advice on what hair cut would look great on my curly hair and she dogded the question. She only did a trim and a few layers but it was very rushed like if she had to go somewhere after. I will not be going to this location again at all

Super clean, they constantly sanitized everything. The staff was very friendly. I used the online app to check in, but my daughter walked in with me and was able to get a cut pretty quickly.

Totally disappointed. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I didn’t get the haircut what I showed her.

This place used to have good customer service - no more! I called to be put in line for Sasha and was told to come in at 1: 20. I got there on time and Sasha was finishing a color application. Great- she'll cut my hair while the color is being timed. No way! She came to the register fiddled around, did not acknowledge me, and disappeared into the back. After 15 minutes, I asked one of the girls if my name was on the list - yes it was. After another 10 minutes I left. Terrible customer service! I wouldn't be so angry if Sasha had at least acknowledged me and given me an approximate additional wait time.

I went in yesterday for only a trim from the lungs of my hair and on my bangs. I told the lady that I want to keep the style of my bangs I just need it to be trimmed. She then proceedshe to cut the left side straight across, not at all what the style was. And she didneeds just cut what were my bangs, on the left side she cut a large portion of what was part of the length of my hair, now extending my bangs. I'm a very insecure person and this haircut makes me feel embarrassed. This is worst haircut I've ever had.

Horrible service. We didn't have an appointment but we didnt have to wait long. My daughter wanted her hair cut to her shoulders. Something very simple. I showed the lady a picture ans she seemed like she understood. Her mame was Ally. Like I said it was a simple haircut. My daughter sat in that chair for over two hours with her head bent down for most of the time. Another lady had to come to fix it because Ally wasnt cutting it the length we wanted. After walking out my daughted told me that Ally told my daughter she better stops moving her head up or she's going to cut her hair even shorter. I was so upset. I went back inside to speak to a manager and found out that they dont have one. And Ally wasnt there. She left on lunch. How long do they expect a child to sit in a chair? All because Ally didnt know what she was doing.
