Called ahead of time to be seen, they took down my personal information, informed me to arrive with in the hour to be seen. I arrived 15 min after call. I checked in at the location, I had 2 people ahead of me then I was skipped twice. After almst an hour I finally asked when I would be seen and she asked if I checked in. Yes over the phone and in person when I walked in. No communication was made on her end. I Sat there waiting for almost an hour and she suggested I wait longer when someone was available to cut my hair. Worst customer service ever. Will not come back.
We have been very pleased going to this Super Cuts. Every hair stylist does an excellent job. We will continue to use this Super Cuts on the future.
